Max bet 1 EUR cap, breach voided cleared bonus and balance.

I get they need ID, but they asked me for a photo of my bank card front and back, plus a selfie with my passport and a note. Felt over the top and honestly kind of scary. I cancelled the withdrawal and closed the account.

Got a code from some email, entered it, “invalid or expired”. Same story with another one from their own banner. After the third try I felt a bit scammed and just played without any bonus at all.

Kim is professional, kind and caring in her approach to me, always taking time to check in on how I am and whether she can adapt the massage if necessary. I return monthly and I am sure that this has helped me to maintain equilibrium and deal better with stress.

Amazing service from 2 wonderful ladies. Both my wife and I have had multiple appointments, for both massage and reflexology, and enjoyed them so much. It's hugely relaxing in a very calm environment with professional advice before and after. Very competitive pricing too. Would highly recommend.

In her thorough consultation Kim also identified areas that need some more TLC, including knotty shoulders, stiff neck, tight calf and soreness in thoracic (mid) area of my back. Following the massage Kim made recommendations for how I can continue to work with my body which was really helpful.
