Exceptional Organisation
Recently Purchased a 2024 Hymer Free S600 from Thompson’s Leisure. A very positive experience from start to finish. Super impressed by the vast selection of vans and brands available. The salesperson (Robin) was well informed, and helpful but not at all pushy. Felt I got a fair price for the van I traded in. Paperwork (VRT) processed seamlessly. Day of collection surpassed all my other van handovers. I can’t remember the name of the employee who walked me through the systems in the van-more than once! So well done, I haven’t needed to consult the user’s manual once! My insurance company insisted on an tracker being fitted before changing over
My insurance and, this was facilitated promptly and without any bother. Gold star service.

5 stars for (Sales team member) Stephen Magee who's is extremely helpful,honest,and has a down to earth approach. He has a wealth of knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.I would highly recommend Stephen (Magee) and look forward to working with him in the future.

While purchasing a new Camper Van, Sales Executive, Stephen Maghie could not have been more helpful, displaying a high level of professionalism and knowledge. With Stephen's help, I was able to purchase a Camper that meets our needs. Highly recommended experience deserving of our thanks.

I visited Thompson Leisure yesterday to have a look around the great selection of new and used campers as my wife and I were unsure of what we actually looking for, we were greatly assisted by Steven who was so knowledgeable about all the campers and what might be best for us and very happy to let us look around all the various options in our own time with no pushy sales pitch making our visit a most enjoyable experience and making our minds up on what we actually want.

We collected our new campervan today. The original sale was conducted by Robin Sinton who was very enthusiastic and helpful. The handover was handled very impressively and without hassle. I would recommend Thompson Leisure to potential customers.

We collected our new camper van from Thompson Leisure and were able to get away for a few days to check it all out. Really impressed with Stephen in the sales department, he was very attentive and provided us with the personal friendly service, nothing was a problem. My friends and I hired a 6 birth camper last month, the process was seamless from start to finish thanks to Robin who went above and beyond with all our queries, a real gent! The van we hired had everything you could possibly need, drives like a dream and plenty of room to lay up when not at the wheel. All in all, great value for money and I will definitely be using Thompson Leisure again.

I had an amazing experience renting a campervan from this company! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our adventure, with more than enough space for 5 of us and golf clubs! The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for our trip. We had a hassle-free experience from booking to drop-off. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great campervan rental service! Would have no hesitations recommending to any friends or family.

I viewed a campervan I liked on line. I rung the company in northern ireland and spoke to a sales man. I arranged to visit the depot on friday last (9th june) but did not feel well enough for the journey.(round trip of 750K). I rung him on his mobile but got no answer or no phone call back. I rung the main phone no on Monday and spoke to Niall who was not the original saleman I spoke to. (hope I spelt it correctly). I arranged to visit on wednesday(14th) and Niall took my phone no with his intention he would ring me if the van got sold. I arrived at the depot at 1500pm on Wednesday 14th only to be told the van had been sold at the Weekend.(4 or 5 days previous to my visit). Also I checked on line prior to my visit and after my visit and the van did not show as sold. This is an appalling way to treat people. Niall knew I was travelling from Tuam and he even advised me of the hotel to use. This is no way to treat people.

We have just purchased our first ever Motor Home from Thompson Leisure Ltd. I don't normally write reviews but this Company so deserve the absolute very best review. The staff have been amazing, our sincere thanks to Niall, Stephen and Audrey, who have all gone above and beyond to make this an amazing, stress free experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they are extremely polite and always did what they said they would do. Our beautiful Motor Home was delivered to us without us seeing it, other than via countless facetime calls and videos that they sent us. Upon arrival here Audrey gave us a handover, followed up by Niall to check we knew how everything worked. We cannot recommend Thompson Leisure highly enough, please put your trust in them, we did and it has certainly paid off. From the initial sale with Niall, to installing TVs and advice from Stephen, to Audrey delivering it to us, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, you really have helped make dreams come true.
