Bought a chair in their ‘closing down’ sale.

Long story short, it arrived quickly (even after a delivery hiccup), their customer service was responsive and the chair is as described, so I can’t complain :)

As for the chair itself, the sale price was £160 or so… supposedly reduced from nearly £900. Would it have ever been worth £900? No. Is it ok for £160? Yeah, I’d say it’s pretty good value for that.

So, a good product for the price I paid, arrived quickly and customer service responsive, so NOT a scam as I’d feared it might be and a pleasantly positive experience.

i have a feeling this is another wrong un, glossy facebook ad and website. offers a bit to good to be true and therefore very tempting. tread very carefully.
