DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I purchased a wardrobe with fitting, wardrobe didn’t turn up until 10pm and they advised fitter would come next day, after waiting all day after they said 10/11am I was calling .. texting and being ignored. The next day they had said they would send someone .. again didn’t turn up and finally they blocked me!
I understand they are slightly cheaper but if you pay peanuts.. you get monkeys! Save yourself the hassle and spend that extra £50 and get professional people in. I would not recommend and from reading other reviews it looks like I am not the only one!

Do not buy cabinets from this company.

My order arrived with missing parts, and some of the components included were from a completely different cabinet. As a result, the cabinet cannot be assembled or used.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but my messages were ignored. The company has neither provided the missing parts nor offered a replacement. They also refuse to issue a refund.

What is most frustrating is that they are fully aware of the problem, yet seem unwilling to resolve it. Instead of helping customers, they simply ignore complaints and leave people with incomplete products.

I paid for a complete cabinet and received a useless collection of mismatched parts. Save your money and avoid this company.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a cabinet and received the wrong item. The delivery was incomplete, with important parts missing. I contacted the company several times to resolve the issue, but my messages were ignored and I received no meaningful assistance.

As a customer, I expected either a replacement with the correct item or a refund. Instead, I was left with an incomplete product and no proper customer support.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

They have just put in a wet room for me and I couldn't be happier the whole team were first class from start to finish and gave 100%

I visited them to ask for a shower cubicle to be fitted. Had to wait a few weeks for their estimator to come to my house and price it up.
He came. Said it would take a couple of days to give me an estimate. That was 6 weeks ago. I've contacted since but still not even got a quote. That's over 9 weeks since i went into their shop. Goodness knows how long they take to get round to actually installing stuff.

Look elsewhere!!

This company sold me 3 wardrobes (Oslo 203cm, 180cm & 150cm) with the promise of sending an installer to help set it up, but they never sent anyone despite more than two weeks of reminders and messages which met repeated failed promises. After 2 weeks, I later managed to find a handyman who assisted me to install 2 of the wardrobes which were found to be complete. However, the 3rd wardrobe (Oslo 150cm) was discovered to have been delivered with a missing pack. I contacted this company again with pictures and asked for the missing pack to be sent to me. Yet again, they did not send anything after promising to do so for over 2 weeks. Eventually, I sadly had to get rid of the 3rd wardrobe and bought another one to replace it.

I truly believe this company is run by irresponsible people who neither has the interest of their customers at heart nor help to resolve issues with their orders when such need arises.

Buying from this company comes with great risk, hence their insistence on payment of cash on delivery. No one knows where they are based and they can hardly be tracked as they never pick calls but only WhatsApp messages can be sent, which are hardly replied. What a shady business operating in the UK.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a 180cm grey wardrobe with delivery and assembly. When it arrived, they said the assembly person would come later, but no one ever showed up.

We assembled the wardrobe ourselves and discovered some parts were missing or incorrect. And the mirror was sideway instead of middle bit ,also Two shelves and two hanging rails were for a 150cm wardrobe instead of the 180cm one we ordered. The wardrobe was also delivered in mixed colors, grey with white edges, which was not what I ordered.

I contacted them on WhatsApp and by phone. They promised to deliver the correct parts multiple times, but they never came. They blocked me on Facebook and my UK phone number. They read my WhatsApp messages but refused to respond.

This is poor and unprofessional service. I cannot recommend this company.

They are scammers do not order from them. Very unserious seller. You will waste your time and money if you shop here. You can’t even refund because the seller just stops replying. I ordered a wardrobe with fitting but it was never fitted. The seller gave me his word he would sort it out and he didn’t. He’s blocked me from social media when I tried to warn others. He is a scammer!!!
