Avoid ordering at all cost from this company. I made a purchase in error, I followed the cancellation policy on their website. They claimed to not receive any communication about the cancellation despite me providing them with evidence including the email chain. They have now gone silent on me and I’m £44 worse off.
Beware that this company may be under different website and names. Do not buy from them.

This FAKE company doesn’t even deserve one star. Do not buy anything from this website. It’s a fake website! They do not sell the dresses shown online. I ordered a dress online & received a complete different dress which was cheap, tacky and DIFFERENT to what I initially ordered. Scam website like stated in other reviews. Hopefully this website is reported and shut down.

I'd give this company less stars if I could. It took ages to arrive, and when it did, it looked nothing like the pictures and the quality was terrible. I asked for a return, and they said they understood the issue and offered 50% of the refund while I kept the dress. When I said I just wanted the full refund and didn’t want the dress, they told me I'd have to cover the expensive international return fees myself. They then offered 70% and let me keep the dress, which I agreed to as I clearly wasn’t going to get the full amount back regardless. Because of all the hassle, I will never buy from this company again and wish I had seen the reviews earlier.

My order arrived, clothes were tightly packed in zippy bags direct from China so no prior checking, loose threads, zips that won't glide smoothly, different coloured same items are different sizes. So having explained the day after they arrived all the faults, they want photos, fine and now they want me to try all the zips again and cut all the loose stitching myself. I should have read the reviews first. All I want now is a returns label and they are stalling thankfully I paid with credit card so have the option to get my money back if they remain being difficult. I would avoid. Edit, finally I have the returns address after sending another load of photos but have to pay the postage costs to China even though the goods are faulty. Don't be taken in by their pretty website.

Ordered a coat advertised as 70%wool. When it finally arrived 3 weeks later in a vacuum packed bag from China, the sewn in composition label stated 100% polyester. It looked and felt cheap and nothing like in the picture. Their returns policy states that the customer is responsible for return postage unless they have received the wrong item, which I clearly had. But they still did not honour that. They initially offered a 30% refund which I pushed back on and eventually offered 70% and I could keep the horrible coat. I wanted the ordeal to be over so agreed to that. Scam company. Avoid.

Didn’t even think to check as seemed too good to be true.
Ordered dress for an occasion. Arrived well past the occasion and was cheap and absolutely nothing like the picture.
Has London in the title… address in the Netherlands and I’m being told to ship it back to China to receive my refund. What an absolute joke. Avoid avoid avoid.

Item took more than three weeks to arrive, in a Jiffy bag from China marked with another generic Chinese brand name. The supposed sky blue linen shirt was a cheap and shiny lilac polyester garment. I was also unable to track progress with the tracking details provided. This appears to be a scam company - their published address appears to belong to a Dutch marketing firm.

I bought what was described as a suede effect embroidered dress and what arrived was not even close. The ebroidered shoulders were just a printed pattern and not even the same pattern as on the image. There was tassle on the dress, which in the picture were far more dense and higher quality and the overall quality was abysmal. It felt like something you'd get from a costume store. Absolute fraud. If I could add images there would say more than a thousand words about how dreadful this product is.

I was praising their lovely line of clothing to everyone and paid them £129 /. Sent a couple of emails for delivery idea. The tracking numbers (as happens a lot and should immediately ring alarms) led me nowhere and the girl on the email promised it would not be long , I was nice in return and after that I got the same email almost every day. Guess what ? I then started delving into the Holland base. The telephone didn't exist. She promised that too was a mistake and to look into it. Every track code led to nothing. THEN. I rang Amerian Express (paid through SHOP). To be informed that this Company 'Threads and Sage' had also claimed a monthly amount as they claimed I had 'subscribed' Please do not trust these people. I am disabled and regularly have this problem (Mostly when using ApplePay and SHOP) Now I will never again buy from these type. of retailers (or Scammers)
