They accept only positive reviews
They accept reviews of clubs and other venues and don't post any negative reviews because, "We don't post negative reviews, because frankly they make it harder to decide."
So they cherry pick only 5 star reviews and leave out real guest reviews

ThreeBestRated is a scam.
A top three decorator in my area, who was a former employee of mine, has to be the areas worst decorator.
The only experience he had of painting and decorating was his training with me, i quickly learned he was totally useless so i sacked him.
He later started up on his own where he advertised that he’s been in the profession for 18years. 5 months would’ve been more accurate as he had no prior experience before.
His reviews on google are from family and friends as I know them all,
I applied for my business to be featured in ThreeTopRated but was rejected. I am the busiest decorator in my town, have the biggest Facebook following on my business page and am recommended in my area more than most. The criteria is obviously flawed, to avoid being called arrogant I can prove these facts.

You should be ashamed of yourselves allowing him a platform to trade from. I know lots of people that have complained about him, we’ve put his work right, many times, as have other decorators I know.

Moreover, whenever we receive negative feedback from customers regarding any business, we reach out to the business owners, asking for their genuine response and if we find that a business is not living up to the standards due to repeated complaints, we may remove them from our listing. As you rightly pointed out, if a business is fake or doesn't deliver quality service, customers are likely to share their feedback with us, leading to appropriate actions.

how is it possible for me to respond to a phone charge of $17?? something $.s after you have closed your office and I am unable to get a personal staff member,s phone # I have just endured one of the most distressin times of my life and I find it disgraceful thAT i RECEIVED THIS MISINFORMED CHARGE GOING DIRCTLY TO MY BANK. you were informed that I would not be able to continue the appointment ad I talked with a Dr. Vivian ? last Monday. Unreliable and inaccurate. I don't think they really check anything. I'm a small business owner and have seen similar local businesses post about being in the top three for the last few years. I knew it was a scam the first time I saw it as they listed, and did so for four years, a business that was permanently closed. They also continue to list one with questionable work practices. This year another business replaced the closed one and I decided to apply. I was turned down. When I asked in which areas I needed to improve they wouldn't tell me. No surprise there since it's my strongly held belief that they don't genuinely check and score anything. It's an entirely money making scheme on their part

Business SCAM
Three Best Rated has got to be a SCAM as it lists “the” most awful tutoring business in Trafford as one of their top 3 picks John Cashin who threaten customers when they give poor reviews or complain and hide behind being “Christians”. I have twice been threatened by Michelle Cashin for submitting an honest review regarding my experience. John Cashin Tutoring is hiding behind three best rated reviews and making money out of families wanting the best fit their children.

This organisation puts ‘rogue traders’ ahead of reputable companies - how and why I just don’t know considering they say that they do a 50 point check?!? The whole things is a SCAM so please be aware before taking any notice of their reviews for ‘Three Best Rated’!

The ThreeBestRated company is a slick idea. However, they appear to make and display so-called best ratings dependent on the calibre of business websites rather and based on Google placement "/ rating, rather than on customer reviews and satisfaction. In short, their rating system looks dependent on bots and algorithms rather than boots on the ground and person to person coversations and verification. When I approached them about never having been contacted in the survey, I was told that they always contact businesses and that they would get back to me. They never did call but did email a response to say how they made their choices
