Great teacher, great examples, great explanations, perfect course for someone who wants to go beyond the basics of HTML + CSS and Javascript.
(It is not written but you should fully understand HTML + CSS and Javascript before starting this course)

I found a torrent online of this course, and after fully completing it, I was so amazed that I bought the actual course again to support the creator.

Superbe formation, j'avais une petite expérience en ThreeJS avant de débuter, mais les cours s'adressent aussi bien aux personnes n'ayant jamais touché à ThreeJS.
Les cours sont clairs et abordent de nombreux points, des explications à l'aide de schémas interviennent tout au long des vidéos afin de nous aider à visualiser certaines notions.
Si jamais certains points restent flous pour vous, un serveur Discord est disponible afin de poser des questions. Plus les cours sont mis à jour.

I'd dabbled with three js but Bruno's class took me to the next level.

I was constantly impressed by the depth of his explanations and the thought and care put into the course. Even difficult topics like shaders are broken down to small steps and he gives explanations of -how- things work, not just how to do something.

Amazing videos, full text write ups, and example code for everything.

He's also super active in the discord and will personally take time to review your scenes or give help when he can. Class act.

A true 5 star experience. Even with Three.js being an amazing effort to shield you from the WebGL complexity, it can be intimidating and complex to understand at first. Bruno does a fantastic job to make you stay and keep going until you connect the dots. I often grab back to the lessons when trying something new, it's a lifetime supply, so what's not to like ;0)
The discord access you get included is fantastic with really great people always willing to help you out. A lot of value for that friendly amount you pay. Totally worth it!

I've taken several courses on Udemy covering a wide range of topics including Blender 3d modeling, React.js, Express + Node.js, and even Three.js. I completed this course a while ago and looking back, I realize Bruno completely shattered my perception of what I consider a "good" course.

I'm always looking for the "best deal" and opted for a 30% discount ..my biggest regret is that I did not pay full price.

You could honestly just go through the docs and examples, but there's so much more to this course than just "learning three.js". Make sure to participate in the Discord - Bruno is very active in the community and is laser-focused on making this course the best. I can think of several Udemy instructors that just churn out course after course, that rely on "TAs" for Q/A, very rarely participating in the discussions.

You learn SO much in this course. Coding style and best practices, basic 3d modeling, shaders (a very complex topic) + learning from the very active threejs-journey Discord community that you can't really find anywhere else. I keep visiting this Discord to see new student works, challenge entries and to read over the many interesting discussions.

There's a LOT of course material and he's continually updating / adding new material. Once you're done, you'll keep re-visiting old lessons and projects.

It serves as an excellent foundation into the broader three.js community. No regrets whatsoever.

This is a amazing course! Bruno does a great job of making the content accessible for students at any level of experience, but it is still immensely valuable to me as a programmer with 2 years of experience in Full Stack development, who is new to Three.js. The lessons are thoughtfully planned, easy to follow, and extensible for when I want to dive deeper into content that was discussed. Bruno does a great job of providing examples and drawings, as well as referencing documentation. The flow and pace of the course is great as well.

TLDR: great course that I am thoroughly enjoying and receiving great value from.

Bruno is an incredibly talented developer with a lot of knowledge and skill to explain it.

His lectures are beginner-friendly, however every intermediate developer will surely find a big portion of the course as useful (especially with the big updates).

I'm convinced it's the best course out there about Three.js and definitely worth the money.

The course is mostly a representation of the documentation in video form, there are no focuses on good practices (everything in one file for the whole course) or wisdom that we could hope from someone who spent a lot of time using ThreeJS. Very little real life applications.

In my opinion, if you have somewhat a little bit of experience in web development, this course is a lot of time waste; I would recommend reading the doc and finding what you need on youtube where you usually find a lot more wisdom and usefull applicable informations.

Super formation ! Je n'ai jamais suivi de formation aussi bien réalisée, même comparé à des formations diplômantes. Bruno Simon connaît très bien son métier et donne réellement envie d'apprendre davantage. Ses cours sont super bien structuré, la plateforme est épuré. Le prix de cette formation en vaux réellement la chandelle, surtout comparée à des formations udemy qui ont pourtant plus de visibilité. Three.js journey est la meilleur formation que j'ai pu suivre.

Bruno is an amazing teacher, the content provided through his learning platform is easy to navigate, fun, engaging and so, so comprehensive. He covers so many different aspects of the learning material and then provides additional resources for further learning.The amount of learning material and content coverage for the cost of the course is amazing. Definitely the best money you'll ever spend on a digital learning course.

I've studied several fields: Python, pandas, deep learning, machine learning, node, js, css, react... and honestly, this is the best course.

Pros:

The quality of the course itself is excellent. It starts with simple usage and builds up to more advanced patterns like baked shadows, which are just amazing. It’s a huge help for learning r3f as well.
The Discord community is very active. Especially because Simon personally answers almost all of the questions himself without using teaching assistants. Having a community where you can get nearly 100% responses from an expert like Simon? That alone makes the course worth the price.
You don’t just learn how to use libraries like r3f and ThreeJS, but also dive into deeper topics like shaders.
Simon has an incredibly pleasant voice, which makes listening to the lectures enjoyable.
Cons:

No course in the world can satisfy 100%, but after studying computer science for four years and buying various courses and books, Simon's course is the best. The combination of the course, community, and assignments is just perfect. If I had to forcefully find a con, it would be that there are some parts that the course doesn’t cover, and that’s a bit unfortunate. But those are things you can study on your own, and if you ask in the community, you’ll get guidance on study direction or answers to your questions.
Feeling unsatisfied with Simon's course? Thinking about studying in a different way without his course sounds dreadful. It’s simply the best course.
