Great customer service. Due to an error on my part my order needed extra information and Jonathan contacted me directly so the order could be fulfilled. I was impressed with his courtesy, support and efficiency. The watch straps were delivered in a couple of days. The straps appear to be good value for money. They look great and are very comfortable. Poor quality. Can get the same from Temu much cheaper.
Goods were sold as reasonable quality. I was looking forward to receiving them. However on arrival of the goods I was extremely disappointed in the quality. I could have purchased better quality from someone like Temu at a much lower price.
The straps made my watch look cheap.
