I am considering a settlement advance and I always read reviews. There is someone with a smart mouth who puts exclamation points on responses where customers are not happy. The company is making a ton of money and the customer is basically unable to deal with other companies because of the contract clause, and a low paid employee has the nerves to be nasty in writing for other potential customers to see! Really? Management you just lost a customer because of the individual representing your company. Bakerstreet here I come!

Have been working with Andy for a few years now and can say in an industry with some bad apples, he is one of the most honest and trustworthy people you will find. It has been a pleasure working with and we will continue to work with him in the future. Two thumbs up!

If I could give a zero star I would.. They actually make you think that they would be there for you in the near future in case you need another more funding due to case taken longer when you accept their low ball funding offer. And have you stuck in agreement with them that you are not able to apply with another funding company elsewhere. I don’t recommend them if you may look for more funding in the future. They will stand you up and their underwriters suck. (Answer to Response) Then you must tell someone that in the beginning and not mislead them to get business and then have them stuck and deny them future funding. You guys are a straight joke !!!

Truly I am so appreciative of Micheal going the extra mile to get the funds I so desperately needed, my light were off, car broke down, waiting for my settlement to come through, they made this process so easy and they communicated throughout the whole process of what to expect. Within 48 hours later grateful funds were on the way!!! With sincere gratitude thank you again!!!

Thivest took a few days to complete the loan, where some places have a 24 hour turnaround. but besides that .. it was smooth sailing..apply sign and go! easy as 1.2.3...Im happy i asked for a loan in my time of need.. btw thrivest i need another loan..lol

FedEx had the wrong address. Caused me all kind of trouble. They did talk to me on their day off.

I am so thankful me and my three kids was able to have a wonderful Christmas!!!! You guys are the best funding company ever!!!! :)

Overall I have nothing bad to say about the company. Mostly everyone is very helpful and pretty good at their job. I had a slight run in with one of the workers but it was quickly handled and discussed which at least make me feel better as being a customer. James is really really outstanding they need to give him 3 raises. Because if the company though I was able to get out of my situation and bless my kids with a little for Christmas. Thank you again for all your help.

My attorney reached out to Thrivest and I was contacted within the day. A few simple questions, they approved my request. The money was deposited into my account by the end of the day. With what I consider a reasonable interest rate for this type of loan. Really got me out of a financial nightmare right at Christmas. Can not thank them enough.

Very Easy & fast. Received my money right away (I think it was even within 24 hours). Mike & Russell we're very helpful and I would definitely recommend. Helped me out of an emergent situation 😊
