However, on June 27, we requested KYC documentation due to a suspected connection with an older account from the same IP address. After reviewing your documents, it was concluded that you owned multiple accounts. As a result, we allowed you to choose one account to keep while permanently disabling the others. Since you didn't specify which account to keep, we closed the new accounts and allowed the withdrawal of your deposited funds (€228.14).
