i experienced very Bad customer service with these people - was told package shipped from Spain and stuck in customs - 6 weeks later, nothing ! order placed Nov 14th -

The product took two weeks to arrive which was a bit slow. However, the item itself was well-worth the wait. It works great with my plants. The LED light is quite powerful and the magnifying glass is a very useful tool. Overall, happy despite the shipping speed.
