Customer service is on point! Incredibly prompt attention even during a very busy time for them. I messaged with a concern about payment processing and they responded within a few short minutes. They answered my question and even provided information beyond my request. I don't anticipate any issues with product quality as I've only had positive experiences but I will update if there are any.

I got caught up in the same problem in the end of March 2024.I was told it would be upgraded to fed ex with a bonus at no extra charge and shipped out that day, March 20. Five days after that communication I was told he would double my small order bc I had waited so long. Then it was shipped out March 27, w/o any bonus. I was told this was because it was upgraded to fed ex and he would lose money if he gave me the 5 in bonus after upgrading. This is the 2nd time I was offered a bonus for a shipping delay and never received one. The 1st time was on Etsy over a year ago. This isn't how a business should be run. I feel like a jerk bc I still, to date, do business w Tianeptine Source. Shipping has gone well since then. I just feel burned now seeing that others did, indeed, receive both a bonus and the fex ex upgrade

I’ve been using this company for several months now and they’ve never let me down. Order process is quick and easy. Status updates appear quickly in my account. They are very dependable. I can’t speak about Customer Service because I’ve never needed it which is how it should be when ordering online.

Orders always shipped same day and taken to the post office if placed by the cut off. I’ve been having terrible luck with priority mail in general lately but that’s all on USPS. There are several shipping options to choose from. Products are neatly and carefully packaged. I had a package arrive looking like it was attacked by a pack of angry wolves but the contents inside were unharmed.

Not a single one has ever ordered from us and I find it curious that all 3 are almost identical to one another. Great customer service. he answered all questions in a timely fashion. I bought the sulfate and was extremely impressed with the quality.

I was unsure of ordering. Then I was able to call them , talk to them. All info and tracking came to me and pavkage shipped out out immediately over night. There awesome!
