It was easy to use and worked well on the day. I was a bit confused that the ticket showed the amount in ££ and then in $$ but it was fine in the end.

Very easy to get the tickets and transportation

Kids has an amazing time. Lines weren’t too long and they enjoyed the rides and loved the animals. It was a alo tamale trip. Only thing that was a major inconvenience was my phone dying. I wanted to leave my phone in car and let it charge but before i did i explained to the guy as i was about to exit the park I’ll be leaving my phone in car to charge. Would i be okay coming back in still. He gave me a stamp and said id be okay. I walk all the way out to my car and come right back because i had my kids wait for me. Of course when i try entering back into the park the girl wouldn’t allow me back in even after i showed her my stamp. She said that needed to show her pass on phone. I told her thaty phone died. So i had to go back out to my car. Wait for it t charge a bit amd hurry bask because kids were waiting were they didn’t have a phone to know why i was taking so long. Upsetting actually.

Far to expensive, to many people in there at the same time so struggle to get pics. Wouldn't go again

I was a little disappointed at first however that was all on me as I did not know that tickets would sell out pretty much the day before. So after being turned away and encouraged to purchase for a different day I left it at that. Two days later I searched for a Monday ticket for both my wife and I and got them secured. Upon arriving on Monday everything from the start to the exit was super great. Every Guinness employee we came in contact was very helpful and answered all questions we asked. We loved the mini pint demonstration on how two drink Guinness the correct way. Apparently I was drinking it in correctly and that’s why I was not a fan. Now after being able to put two and a half pints away without a hint of dislike, I am a true believer. The rooftop view was also great as two other patrons were leaving they gave us their table along the window which made the experience truly great. Oh I almost forgot, I was also certified as a perfect Guinness poor which I downloaded and printed of just a few hours ago. I purchased several gifts from your shop to share with my coworkers. They will receive them sometime this weekend when I return to work. I must have dropped the socks somewhere because I can’t find them in my luggage. I still have my hockey jersey. 😀 Raising a pint to you all sincerely, Jerry Hernandez

Overall the trip went well and as advertised. The gardens were outstanding. Only downside was the meeting location at the airport. It is located at the far end of the terminal whereas the loading area was at the opposite end of the terminal, out into the bus staging area. A very long walk where one had to weave in and out of the incoming crowds to get to the bus.

Buying my Boys their sea world tickets form here was cheaper then buying the tickets else where. Tickete has the best prices and you can count on them they r legit and it’s all easy with the scan code u get sent to ur email u r all go to go 👌🏻

Good organisation by arriving. Arriving 5 min before booked time is fine. Tell ticketholder, when to arrive. We were too erarly and not the only ones.

We weren't sure how long we were allowed to stay. Did we have to come down after an hour at the latest, or were we allowed to stay longer?

Very busy, Beefeater we spoke to in the church not very helpful just spoke about himself.
