I thought I was ordering through ticketmaster. When looking at the prices through the venue they were $117.00 but for some reason my information wouldn't take, so I thought I try through ticketmaster. I found the same seat and they were a couple bucks more so thinking this was ticketmaster I bought 4 of them. Then with fees and all my total was 600.00 dollars. Then when I got the ticket the face value was 62.50.

Watch out people they will take ur money and get u tickets

My daughter ‘purchased ‘ tickets for me by accident .Once I called the company and tried to solve the issue , I was told that $ can’t be refunded.No exceptions -final sales, despite a ‘fluke ‘ with the purchase.
So I got ‘stuck’ with the charge that I didn’t render services for!

Bought Metro Opera ticket "Idolmeno" for $165 on ticketfaster, while the price $60 on official website. Sad..shouldn't believe the first searching result pop up from google search.

Never saw my tickets in email. Lost my purchase to the event. Had to buy tickets when I found that the receipt I had wasn't the tickets. There customer service said that 'Many people don't check there Spam or Junk folders' (convenient) I logged back into their website to have the tickets resent (after event) and it said successfully sent. Never saw the resent email in any email folders. Did have the receipt resent, it said it was successful and I did get it. Seems like they know how to get away with keeping money from undelivered tickets.

Totally scammed me out of a $3,964.24 credit from a canceled event. I used the money to buy tickets to the Dolphins and received an email from Ticketfaster saying GREAT NEWS, YOUR TICKETS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED! The catch was they were supposedly delivered in a separate email. So, I searched my emial for days, tried to call them, traded emials, and did live chats and the only resolution they could offer was resending me the GREAT NEWS, YOUR TICKETS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED email. Stay away from this sight. They also charged me an $800 service fee which is outrageous that I didn't see until later. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We paid $576 for 4 tickets on 9/2/22 to 9/25/22 Righteous Brothers concert at Mountain Winerythat was first postponed and then canceled in late September. Refunds were to be made within 30 days of cancellation. Despite my numerous requests to customer support, no refund to date or substantive response from anyone at this entity to my requests. Seems that there is a competence, solvency or integrity issue here. I will not buy any tickets to any event from this company ever again.

Hello! I went to the Itzy Checkmate tour 11/10/22 and ordered front row tickets and got them about 2 days before the concert. it was very nerve racking because of the reviews i saw after making my purchase and how they said we have to wait around the time of the concert but i still ended up getting my tickets! seeing all the reviews, i don’t think it’s on the company it just depends which reseller you buy from on that website and sadly there is no way to get in contact with that reseller as i’m sure the website keeps that pretty secret. but overall please be careful on this website as i took the risk of possibly getting scammed! in the end it was all worth it and even got to interact with all the members! stay safe and have a good day!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR TICKETS. I PURCHASED 2 TICKETS ON JULY 31 FOR A NOV.11 PLAY. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL ON NOV 8TH STATING THEY COULD NOT GET THE TICKETS I PURCHASED. OFFERED ME 8 ROWS BACK FOR THE SAME PRICE. GOODBYE SHADY COMPANY. I DECLINED. THEN GOT AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY SAYING MY TICKETS WERE READY TO DOWNLOAD. YET WHEN I LOG ON IT SAYS CANCELLED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

I recently bought tickets for Dave Matthews Band in Vancouver (Nov 2 2022). After purchasing, I researched the company, saw this website and I was very concerned.

But after a few hours from purchase I received an email to claim the tickets from TicketMaster (yes not ticketfaster) and low and behold the tickets were downloaded to my iPhone wallet.

I presented the tickets at the gate and had no problems at all. Everything worked as expected. The seats were awesome and all I have is praise for ticketfaster.

Ordered tickets 5 months ago. Finally contacted them say if concert cuz I had not received my tickets. They tell me they were not able to secure my tickets. Seven fing hours before the concert and I have no tickets! Emailed them a couple of times within the last couple of days. Was assured my tickets would be here the day of!

Totally was scammed as well. I purchased tickets to Snoop, etc and was never sent the tickets link. They kept telling me it would come in an email and they never did. Spent hours on the phone with them. I made my purchase through Affirm and cancelled after the 2nd payment was made as I had not received tickets. I tried to get my money back and they kept telling me them HAD sent them and I never received anything and they could not resend the, $459 later. It hit my credit report and because I don'[t want poor credit I went ahead and paid the damn amount - boy I sure could have done something much better with that money. Please don't use this fraudulent company.

I have to say, they came through!!! At first I was really nervous because I accidentally purchased from them instead of ticket master, but they got me my seats for Stevie Nicks. When I got the link to download the tickets it took me straight to my ticket master account to transfer them to my account wallet. The moment of truth was arriving g to see if they scanned, and they did. I paid about $600 for three lawn seats, which is a lot cheaper than others around me paid. Of course, I accidentally ordered them before they were released to the public, so I locked in a lower price. Anyhow, it worked. Their support was quite a bit difficult to get in touch with and their support email is spelled wrong on their email as .co instead of .com. It was a great concert though. Thank you TicketFaster

I ended up on Ticketfaster by mistake. Didn’t realize until after I bought 2 Jane’s Addiction tickets for Atlanta. Paid triple the money. I just thought that was the price because they were great seats. 7th row. Never got the tickets. Do not use Ticketfaster.

Feel like I got scammed... thought I was on ticketmaster. No idea how I got on ticket faster. Was for a big name entertainer so I just looked at the price and said wow... ended up paying more than double. Absurd! I'll definitely pay better attention next time.

I was totally misled by what I thought was ticketmaster. So unethical!

Bought tickets to a concert back in May for October 10th and have yet to see the tickets. I have been told that the tickets are guaranteed before the concert. It is 5pm and concert starts at 8pm and still do not have tickets. I have called, chatted and written in mails. Do not use.

If I could leave a 0 I would!! I bought tickets to a AAA baseball game choose seats behind home plate, 3 tickets cost 149.00 dollars with fees. Upon entering the game come to find out the tickets sold to me were in the outfield grass!! How in the hell are these people in business!!

Use anyone else but these scammer!!

Bought a voucher good until a month before I tried to use them. There was no way to do so and the phone number I have for them only rings busy....
Another scam cost me 300.00
