I hosted an event using ticketpass. For whatever reason I didn't get notified when a ticket was sold so I had to go to the website to check how my sales were every so often. Not very useful or efficie... ãã£ãšèŠã

Yes, that's suffice. When you arrive to the event, the event organiser will be able to find you using your booking reference.
You also don't need to print your tickets (QR codes) you have the option to add them to your Apple and Google wallet or you can you can access them as PDF on your phone.
The password allows you to have all your active (and past) tickets in one place.

We really are sorry to hear you feel like that. Our pricing is similar to competitors and unlike anyone else, we are the only ones to pledge 50% of our booking fee to charity and/or social projects. So the reality is that we make less money.
