Tickrmeter レビュー

ATTENTION SCAM

6 months after placing an order, still have not received the product despite multiple followups with customer service and the owner as well.

Nice value proposition of the product - but no product to deliver and the worst customer service ever.

FRAUD!

About 4 months ago, I placed Order with Tickrmeter. The product was returned due to customs issues and never reached me. When asked whether I wanted a resend or a refund, I clearly requested the resend.

It has now been 4 months, and I still have not received my money or the product.

I have:
+Sent multiple emails to you – ignored
+Contacted you via social media DMs – no response

This is unacceptable and constitutes fraud. I am being ignored while my money remains unpaid.

⚠️ I demand that: My full payment is refunded

Tickrmeter, your silence is not a solution. It is a breach of trust and basic customer rights.

Sincerely,
Taha

Don’t waste your money. I had 2 devices and both of them are in the trash. They were stuck in an update firmware loop. After waiting more than 1 month for a reply, I put them in the garbage. The battery won’t last more than 3 days. There is no alarm sound (they promised that feature more than one year ago). Most of the time, you will loose your connection. You’re only going to get deceived by this product and by the lack of support. It’s sad because it was a great idea.

I’m now looking for an alternative to replace 2 TickrMeter. I’ve found this device while searching the web: EleksMaker EleksCava Ticker. It’s available on Amazon (at least in my country).
