convenient to have all tickets through one agent and lot less expensive.
Having the portal to be able to change visiting times is very handy also as you schedule changes, this could be made easier if they had an app, whist it’s not difficult it could be easier.

Ticket was makkelijk te bestellen en snel binnen via de mail; duidelijk e-ticket met zelfs een kaartje waar het theater te vinden was. Ook betaling was makkelijk via de site van Ticmate.

Smooth transaction. My bank charged me a couple of pounds as the theatre tickets were charged in euros but I got a fantastic deal on the tickets anyway so that wasn't a problem.
Tickets with their QR code were sent via email immediately.

I received a quick reply when enquiring customer services about my tickets at a later date.

Just as a note: The email with the tickets that was sent was a little old style which I have to admit concerned me a bit, but it was completely legit and they recognised it at the theatre no problem. QR codes scanned immediately.

Premium seats - premium experience
Attended a Tottenham Hotspur game on a holiday trip to London from Australia recently. I searched to see if I could buy a ticket just for the experience of an English Premier League game. I came across this site and was totally amazed with the experience from beginning to end, the stadium people, Tottenham staff and the seats and view of the stadium were beyond my expectations. The included catering and free half-time drink, and just seeing what the stadium offered was just superb. The seat was very padded and comfy, and the experience first class. Couldn't recommend this experience any higher. It was great!

Købte billetter til Westminster Abby 525,-kr brækkende albuen så jeg ikke måtte flyve sendte dokumentation.
Men de beklagede at de ikke refunderer billetter.

Jeg bestilte billetter til colosæum i Rom ifm vores forestående tur til byen, sammen med billetter til Vatikanet og det sixtinske kapel. Desværre laver jeg den fejl at booke os til samme dag og tidspunkt for begge og ringer straks til ticmate for at gøre opmærksom på dette. De vil gerne have mail på dette, hvilket de får med det samme. De skriver så tilbage at de ikke kan ændre eller annulere turen til colosæum på det anførte tidspunkt. Jeg betaler altså for en tur jeg ikke kan gennemføre og skal betale på ny igen, hvilket er utrolig dårlig og ringe service, også selv om det er min egen fejl. Ren bondefangeri.

Kaarten besteld voor de musical mama mia, wegens Corona kon ik niet naar London afreizen. Gevraagd of ik de tickets kon verplaatsen naar een andere datum maar krijg gewoon de afgelopen 3 maanden geen enkele reactie. Na diverse mails uiteindelijk een reactie gekregen dat de tickets niet verplaatst kunnen worden en ik mijn geld niet terugkrijg. Echter tickets op de de door mij aangegeven data zijn gewoon nog steeds beschikbaar. Zeer onbetrouwbare partij.

Stay away from Ticmate!
We bought 2 Broadway tix for May23rd 2020 for the Musical „Chicago“. Due to Corona Virus the flight and the Broadway-show were canceled.
On April 14th I wrote to Ticmate to get some more information.
On April 20th I wrote them in order it was possible to postpone the tickets.
Ticmate-Reply 23rd April: they are talking to their agents in NYC about the cancelation possibilities.
And from that day on, I never heard from them again.
I contacted Ticmate in May. No reply.
And now it's getting funny: I contacted the Broadway Theater itself, which let me now that on April 14th to full amount of $236 was paid back in cash from the box office to my boyfriend. Which is absolutely impossible since we are living in Europe and we weren't even close to the US.
Unless we are not living in a parallel universe I guess something's really going wrong here.
I wrote to Ticmate again and again and asked them to check that.
But still no reply.
It's just so annoying and I want you to avoid that kind of experience. Buy your ticket elswhere!

Don't use their services, you will be very disappointed if anything would go wrong

Ordered tickets for the Vatican. By mistake I ordered tickets three months ahead in time, instead of the actual day of booking. Called Ticmate within 2 minutes of the transaction - to see if it was possible to alter the date / cancel the tickets, to buy the correct ones.

Considering that the mistake was being brought up with Ticmate immediately, and prior to them processing and sending the actual tickets, I find the customer service to be non-existent. Ticmate is has naturally written themselves out all of this in their terms, but a little customer service would suit a company selling 'experiences' - at least the experience this time was an expensive and bad.

I would recommend to look for another supplier of tickets.
