Tictocman レビュー

This is the second time I have used TicToc Man. This time they serviced and repaired my Norqain GMT watch. The watch was returned in fantastic condition, beautiful cleaned and working perfectly. Previously they had repaired my Rolex and I was very pleased with the process of postage, estimate of repair cost, service of the watch and return. Repairing a Swiss automatic watch is not cheap, but TicToc Man exceed my expectations.

A truly excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend the Tic Top man to anyone looking to service their Rolex.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Easy process to navigate and communication has been excellent. My watch has been repaired/serviced promptly and appears to be working as expected. Would definitely use again if necessary

Love Tictocman! Great service with very friendly staff, great communication, great prices, and no job too small. Gets my recommendation

So easy from start to finish, great communication from all at Tictoc man.
Would use them again.

Great communication and service had a paid envelope sent through my door two days after I contacted them. The service took roughly a month and I received the watch back today I'm very happy with the job done so much so im sending another watch to them today

They repaired a heirloom zenith 1991 watch for my grandson who is absolutely thrilled with it. Would recommend this London firm for all repairs.

You could tell the watchmaker cares about good service. Took his time to readjust my vintage watch and was very careful!

This was a very nice experience.
The staff are great and kept me informed about cost and time schedule and they delivered on all that .
The finished repair was absolutely excellent. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work on their watch.
Thank you so much Tic Toc Man.

They were able to repair and service a vintage Tissot Seastar when a few other companies I contacted said they were no longer able to get parts. The quotation provided was fair and the turnaround time in line with their proposal. I will definitely use them again.

Very Professional, good customer service, detailed invoice, estimated cost of work required to be completed.
Marvellous
Thank you
Trevor

I had taken my fifty year old watch to numerous local jewellers only to be told it couldn’t be repaired. The Tic Toc man came as a recommendation, I made contact, posted my watch and promptly received a quote. All the way through the process we had e mail contact and a few weeks later I received my watch back looking amazing. I am delighted with the service provided and would certainly recommend them.

My 88year old father had a watch he had for over 60 years which we tried getting fixed by numerous watchmakers with no joy.
I found tictoc man on the Internet and within a few weeks the watch was repaired.
Service is second to none prompt and efficient %100 first class service can't thank them enough for making an old man happy 😀

A very good watch repair service. Efficient, good communication and quickly completed.

All communication was excellent, keeping me informed as to the whereabouts my watch was at any particular time

I used Tictocman to fully restore my Tissot SeaTouch. Trust me it was in about 7 pieces (I inherited it like that)!
The process was truly transparent every step of the way. Tictocman told me that they couldn’t repair that model but could send to Tissot for me. They gave me a price that I accepted fully. The restore took a while (approx 6 weeks), but I would expect that and it came back fully restored in a Tissot box. I really rate this company and would recommend using them as they will repair your watch or provide an alternate solution whilst keeping you informed along the way.

They repaired my watch when even the OEM couldn’t seem to do it. And they delivered sooner than the promised time.

Tic toc man done a great job on my Granddads watch, I'm very impressed by the quality of work very high standards, watch looks brand new and most importantly works as it should.
100% recommend tic toc man's services. They have over 50 years experience
Absolutely stunned by there work and you will be too

Great service and attention from the staff. Would definitely use again and not hesitate to recommend
