I ordered my paddle board 6th July and still haven't received it I've emailed them 9 times no reply and I've rang them and they won't answer the phone!!! So they've took my money so the ceo can drive around in his lambogene!¡ while us have been scammed trading standards here I come and bbc watchdog ###

I bought this board for my foster child’s birthday ! It was meant to be next day delivery they took the money and haven’t heard from them since and it’s been a week with no communication ! Tried phoning, emailing and on Facebook! Eventually I PM’d on Facebook got a message asking the order number they would look into it ! I thought great then ghosted me since !
It’s so frustrating as this is the only thing my foster child asked for and now I’m going to have to let her down just like everyone else has ! So disappointed 😡

Absolutely fantastic
I bought Tropica paddle board from Rave, and I must admit - it looks even better than on pictures !! It's eye catching, looks great on my social reels, feels solid and well built, and I'm having lots of fun with it. I definitely recommend. Best looking paddle boards on the market and reasonable price.

The paddle board I got is beautiful and excellent quality. However there was something missing from my order and over 6 weeks later despite contacting them through their website, on their social media and by phone I’ve had no response. Whilst the item isn’t critical for me to enjoy my board I’m not impressed so now writing a review here.

No response, no shipping of my order. It's been over a month without contact. No response to refund request. Absolute waste of time and money.

I ordered this on Friday the 11th, was a little worried that it would not come before the holidays, but it came today, Tuesday 15th, so I honestly can not fault them. Already had the board inflated and tested and everything was fine. Good quality SUP board and easy to use and nothing was missing, so a good experience so far.

Absolutely love my board. Very user friendly and extremely quick delivery. Always get compliments on the cool design as well. I actually went back on the site and bought the electric pump as I’ve got a bad back and that’s excellent too. Especially like that you can deflate the board with it as well. Highly recommend! Dispatch of items was fast and the product is great.

However, the delivery was awful. One part arrived (1 paddle board) the second still hadn't arrived after a week. Multiple back and forth online chats to the delivery company did not reaolve anything and we eventually drove to pick it up from the delivery hub.
During this time I had reached out to Tidalravesports multiple times via email and had no response. There is no online chat or telephone number available.

Decided to treat myself to this board after getting one from Blacks last year.

Wanted something a little sturdier and better looking and this ticks the boxes!

Really cool design, had compliments already about it and the board is so easy to use and versatile. Really enjoy all the kit that comes with the board and the fact it can be used as a kayak also is helpful!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The hold-all is good quality and lots of add ons. However, it did state next day delivery but once I’d ordered and paid the delivery was 10 days, sure enough, with a bit of patience, it arrived 9 days after ordering.. haven’t tried it out yet, but it sure does have the looks!

Quick delivery and an awesome board very sturdy.

I love this board! Just a few small things, like a option to make the paddle into a double paddle for kayaking with the seat and amount at the front for an action cam wouldn’t go a miss but she is beautiful and so easy to use! Got an Electric pump as getting it to 20 psi is tough on the shoulders.

Avoid this company with all cost

Ordered a paddleboard from Tidal Rave on June 29th. The website promised next day delivery and responses within 24 hours. Fast forward nearly a week: no board, no update, no actual customer support.

Tried calling several times over the space of a week and got a voicemail saying they’re “overwhelmed.” Emailed - no response. It’s been days. Still nothing.

I posted in my online SUP community and quickly realised I’m not the only one. Turns out a lot of people are in the same boat /money gone, no product, and being totally ignored. Some have waited over a month just to get a reply.

So I did some digging and found the owner’s name through Companies House. I messaged him directly, hoping he’d care. Big mistake. Instead of taking any accountability, he told me “life isn’t easy Katy’’ as if that justifies ghosting paying customers.

Then he reminded me that he’s the owner of the company and implied that I should basically be grateful he’s replying at all. “Don’t see Jeff Bezos doing that,” he said. Right- because Jeff Bezos also isn’t out here personally ruining people’s summer paddleboarding plans.

To top it off, he offered me a free lifejacket—which is adorable, considering I still don’t have the board I paid for. What am I meant to do, wear it while scrolling their broken promises?

Tidal Rave pretends to be a friendly, family-run brand that cares. In reality, it’s a chaotic drop-shipping operation that can’t handle its own marketing hype. Meanwhile, the owner’s off buying Lamborghinis while the rest of us are stuck chasing refunds and empty inboxes.

If you’re thinking of buying from Tidal Rave- don’t. You’re better off paddling on a door like it’s Titanic.

We have two of the Paddle boards now and both are loved by our family. The first one was a refurbished board and apart from a slight imperfection on the design/artwork its as good as a full price board. The second one is a Neon design and we have no complaints and they are used most weekends.
The customer service is excellent, I needed a new fin. I emailed them on a Thursday and Monday afternoon I have a new fin sat in my kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely no customer service AT ALL.

I have been waiting since 16th June for a response from Tidal Rave about a missing buddyclip and shoulder strap. Sent emails, automated response comes from HOTSNAP (which was the owners previous name for this business, presumably changed when they last ghosted customers and needed a fresh start) saying its being reviewed. Called the phone number of this "small, family run business" and its an automated message saying to email instead and they will get back to you in 48 hours. Its closer to 48 days now and no response. My friend actually messaged one of the owners on Insta and he said there were over 4000 emails that hadnt been read yet. As nothing has been restocked for months I reckon the company is a goner and everyone's money with it. Which sucks as I love my board. Just know when it goes wrong there is ZERO customer support.

I have sent emails to the company saying my board which isn't a year old is losing air from a seam. I tried to patch it up following the instructions and not using the board for two days to allow the patch to set. After using the board again the patch lifted and the glue just came away. You can't ring as it's an automated answer saying they are busy and to email which will be dealt within 48 hours. But I have done this twice but still no reply. You can't message on Facebook. I was genuinely happy with my board it has great graphics and matching assessories but customer service really lets this company down

I ordered a sup and an electric inflatable pump.
I received a waterproof speaker instead ,which is £ 20 cheaper and there is no customers service.
My emails have not been replied and no one answered the phone.
Terrible customer service!!
I want a refund! Awful company.Avoid!

Quick delivery, funky board with a lot of accessories. Very happy
