I absolutely love my board, I received it within a few days of ordering. Used it for the first time whilst in Cornwall and it was amazing, I received many comments about the awesome design of the board. I haven't used the kayak seat yet but my partner did and said it is very comfortable, he's waiting for the 11'6 boards to come back in stock.
I also received great customer service when returning another item to tidal rave.

Wow, my paddleboard is fab, it's the best looking paddleboard on the water can't wait to take it on lots of adventures, it's sturdy and well built which give me the confidence on the water.
I had a slight imperfection on my board so I contacted Tidal Rave who were brilliant and my problem was resolved straight away will definitely be buying more accessories and hopefully more boards in the future. Great company would definitely buy your new paddleboard from them.

I ordered 2 boards they arrived very quickly. Everything needed came in the pack. It all fits in the bag, which is sturdy. We chose these paddleboards for their vibrant colours, and they don't disappoint. We also looked for paddleboards that can hold a decent weight as we plan on taking our 9 and 10 year olds on them with us, these boards are up to 170kg. We are very new to paddleboarding but so far our rave paddleboards have made our new adventures very positive 😀

I was looking for a paddle board bundle for my partner’s birthday last year (2023), after a while of looking i came across Rave, and was instantly drawn in. The colours are so eye catching, and stand out against most other brands/boards, as does the quality. I chose the blue and green ‘Plazma’ board for him.
I loved that it had everything he’d need in one bundle, as well as the board it self boasting a corded hold-all at the front for the dry bag which was included, handles each end for ease of carrying, as well as paddle supports, strong D rings for the seat which was also included, and the soft durable foam Matt on top.
Everything he needed was part of the bundle, straps, fins, waterproof bag and phone pouch, adjustable paddle, pump, repair kit, bright sturdy bag to hold it all and more.
He’s loved using it, it’s easy to inflate/deflate and pack away, as well as smooth and sturdy to use, with or without the seat.
I’m hoping to get myself the ‘Echo’ board this year if it stays in stock, as I love using his but we’d love to be able to both be out on our own board as my partner is a bit more adventurous than me and likes to go a good distance at the beach.
For the amount included in the bundle, the price is very good. Not the cheapest by far, but you certainly get a lot for the money and the quality is worth it and reflects the price.
10/10 would recommend a Rave sup board to any first time buyers/users or anyone wanting to add to their sup board family.

Wow! So many things to say its difficult to know where to begin. The designs speak for themselves nothing else as vibrant, bright or funky about. The customer service I have recieved has been absolutely fantastic, delivered on time as ordered (next day) they have been on hand on messenger for some questions I had. They really really helped to make sure my daughter could get the board she wanted and make paddle boarding accessible for her (she is only 6). Everything seems high quality and well considered. Easy to set up and use. Very stable on the water, we both stood up within 10mins on our first ever time at paddle boarding. Highly recommend Tidal Rave cannot speak highly enough!

We bought our board at a show and the staff were super helpful. The board was for my daughter who is 8, but has been paddle boarding for 6 years so wanted a decent board which she could grow with. It has not disappointed.
We were not looking for a board with speed, but one that is stable and handles well without being too low and slow under load. It sits well in the water and tracks well. It is stable even when loaded for a trip. It looks great, has loads of great accessories and is still light enough for her to carry (just), but compared with the other brands we have which - range from Decathlon own to Red and Bluefin, this board is the best all rounder and by FAR the best value. It is also the best looking in my opinion.
We did not leave a review until it was thoroughly tested in canals, lakes, inland sea and rivers, in wind and calm, under load and not. Handles well all the time. Performs so well we will replace one of our older boards with another one soon. So grateful to my daughter for picking Rave!!

Truly love our boards! We want more colours as between my friends and I we have the complete collection!

We love hooking them together and having lunch on the water!! Honestly if you can think of it they have put it on the board!

The shoulder strap is a game changer! When are the water bottles coming out?!

I ordered my board in the afternoon and I was expecting to wait a few weeks for delivery because I no how popular these boards are, and I was absolutely over the moon as it was delivered to me the afternoon of the day after I ordered the board and I managed to get an 11.6 one too. I'm off out later on ladybower in the peak district for my first paddle on this board, I truly can't wait, and so many extras with it too, thank you so much for very quick delivery

Purchased a Paddle board summer 2023 all the family had lots of use and fun, until my daughter misused it and snapped the main fin holding clip.
Forgot all about this until last week when i tried to find spares.
Contacted the customer service, without any questions a replacement part has been sent out FREE of charge.
Would highly recommend the Company and products.

Amazing paddle board with loads of accessories. The colours are amazing and drew lots of compliments at the lake. Delivery speed was incredible; posted same day , arrived by lunchtime the day after. Great communication and customer service when I had a slight issue, resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Great paddle board and amazing design. The board is great quality and a bargain for the price. It is great on the water and very stable. The extra D rings and carrying strap make it easy to carry.

The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars as I felt slightly let down by the accessories. I got the fire and ice board which showed orange accessories. (Leash, buddy clip & dry bag) However I got all of them in blue with my board. They do state on the website that the colours may vary, however I feel if you show it with one colour that’s the colour you should get. Otherwise the accessories are great quality and overall make the whole package great value for money. I’m really pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

I bought myself a Tidal Rave Paddle board in August 2023 and absolutely love it. My friend bought one first and said it was one of the best boards he had used so I decided to get one so we could go out together. We now have other friends wanting one, especially after their excellent aftercare when I ordered a few spare parts today. They responded swiftly and were super helpful, and resolved my request with kindness and excellent customer service

I ordered a board from Tidal Rave back at the end of June, and it took a couple of weeks to arrive. The website stated that the delivery date was around about a week after the date I had ordered it. This date came and went but no board, I then received an email from Tidal Rave explaining how the shipment of boards had been caught at customs for inspection and that this was going to cause a delay - I was offered £20 as a good will gesture/apology. On the same day as this email the website was updated to change estimated deliveries to 10th July (which is when I got mine!).

I emailed Tidal Rave on most occasions and found this to be the most effective method. The staff were friendly, apologetic, and knowledgable about the product.

The fact that the board was delayed and the team took a couple of days to inform buyers of this, but lets not let the wait detract from the product. This is one of the most generous packages available and at a price-point akin to that of other budget boards that are solely a board and a leash.. Yet from Tidal Rave you get the board, a paddle, a leash, a pump, a buddy clip (to clip boards together), a puncture repair kit, a kayak seat, a waterproof phone case, a drybag, a shoulder strap, and a backpack to store and transport it all in.

I had a slight issue with mine in that there were a couple of lines where the ink had not taken (an inch by 1 or 2 mm), and one of the clips on the bungee had been snapped in transit. Again, I emailed Tidal Rave and there were no quibbles at all - partial refund for the printing defects and a new bungee for the board shipped out. Case Opened and closed within a day.

Other than the slight (negligible) issue I have jus mentioned the board seems really well made. The pump is perfectly capable of pumping up the board and all of the accessories have a premium feel to them.

All in all, sure some people were miffed that their boards were slow to arrive, or that they struggled to contact Tidal Rave... but I personally do not feel like Tidal Rave deserve the many 1 star reviews they have. It seems that these people were just unlucky about the time that they ordered their board.. and at the end of the day, Tidal Rave can't be held accountable for a delay caused by customs.

If you are after a paddle board, and you aren't in a rush, then definitely give Tidal Rave a chance. (Note: If it says 'HIGH DEMAND: Next Day Delivery" this means the board is in their position i believe, if it has a date then it means they are waiting on a shipment)

Wow!! What an absolute joy it was to do business with these guys ordered 2 boards infinity & Oceana, we had boards on pre order blooming uk customs had to do their checks very normal & not unheard of… tidal rave were just bloody brilliant seriously I cannot fault them their support and communication was outstanding they even put on their website a video of their apology that wasn’t even their fault to reassure us all, now trust me they didn’t have to but they gave us and probably all customers that ordered from that shipment £20 refund for each board and communicated at every email quickly clarified every detail I have to mention Mollie wow you deserve a medal putting up with me you are an outstanding member of your team… Now onto the boards mind blowing designs exceptional quality materials well packaged the amount of accessories that comes with the board is just phenomenal the width of the boards are idyllic for my needs and the family too… if you’ve seen their advertisements and thinking of buying one don’t think just buy you won’t be disappointed at all seriously SIMPLY THE BEST I will be telling friends family colleagues to buy from tidal rave and I most certainly be buying other bits from this amazing company I’m completely in love with my board and can’t wait to get her on the water for the amazing adventures we are about to have!!CONGRATULATIONS TIDAL RAVE 🥰🤩🥰

I have had to lodge a chargeback with my credit card provider. Phones are off, i have been waiting over a month and my SUP has not landed - WARNING STAY CLEAR

Still waiting for the board - they are not answering phones. Stay away from this company

Board was due for delivery today, but had no tracking option, can’t get through on the phone and no reply to email. I have seen there are lots of good reviews here but why have I been told I would receive my board today when clearly I won’t be and there is no reply or a way to contact you

Ordered 6 weeks ago and customer service will not answer or pick up the phone. Having to open a claim with Amex, such a shame as i have now i cannot take my board on holiday to Abersoch.

Ordered what appeared to be an unreal looking board, saw a 4 week wait, no bother, the board looked worth it.
Get to one day before the board was supposed to arrive, received an email saying it would be delayed a further week, no bother (minus having planned going on a trip down the Wye the weekend after the day it was initially supposed to arrive).
Following week, receive another email saying it would be delayed a further 1-2 weeks but and I would get a £20 refund if I contacted customer services (1) Why should I have to contact them to get money back? 2) I'd planned a big trip with my board that was yet to arrive that I could no longer do so was well within my right to be angry 3) Only a £20 refund for a 3 week delay, bit of a joke if you ask me.
Tried calling their customer service, made 2 attempts, both times was on hold for 30mins and then cut off, even though I was supposedly number 1 in the queue.
That wound me up, so I sent my first email to them saying £20 was a joke for the time I've wasted when I could've got a board from elsewhere and not wasted the good weather.
Then I emailed them again saying sod it, cancel my order.
Then I got a notification and email that I was to be refunded £40, of which I thought was quite reasonable, you don't get that from many places.
Got notified they'd cancelled my order shortly after and that I was in for a full refund.
I contacted them via email, said I no longer want to cancel my order, informed them that I had been notified that it had been cancelled but they told me it wasn't, so I was like cool, only one week to wait now hopefully.
Notification received from my bank today stating that I had received a full refund from Tidal Rave Sports (it's like they don't want my money!). By this point, I've just given up on them.
I'm sure the boards are brill and look awesome but their customer service needs some serious work, on the whole I'm just really disappointed, I've missed out on some cracking weather where I would've loved to be out on the river or go on a beach trip with the board but have instead just wasted a massive amount of time.
