buyer beware board not arriving in time for holiday was purchased on the 5th June for a up coming trip to Greece I was given a delivery date of 20th of June as I am traveling to Greece on the 29th this was acceptable I received a email on the 20th to say delivery was delayed I phone the tidal and was told that customs had intercepted the delivery and a hold up with paperwork but should be with me by Friday the 28th i explained my predicament and the lady didn't seam that bothered .i followed up today to be told i wont receive my board and was refunded i am now out of pocked £50 for extra hold luggage purchased to accommodate the board and left chasseing round for a replace 2 days before we leave
very disappointing experience and the website show next day dispatch ?

Poor service

Ordered a month ago to have it delayed each week then to get told again today delayed another 1-2 weeks

Offer you £20 discount due to delays but you have to contact support to claim it, why not just apply that refund for us and not have us chase it then

When you try to call them you are position 1 and 30 minutes later still in position one then you will just get cut off, safe to say dispute was opened with payment provider provider to get them cancel the order and a refund

Have had my board for over a year, it’s been away for the winter and still in perfect condition! Very sturdy, beautiful design, board was shipped quickly and any accessories that were out of stock at the time were shipped shortly after - communication is great. These boards are great for beginners and advanced paddle boarders alike, wouldn’t hesitate in buying another.

Bought this paddle board after getting lots of facebook ads. The colours are cool, but the build quality is really poor. Fins and bag seem chinese cheap board quality and the board is really bendy. Will be sending back for a refund and will buy a different brand.

My new SUP was a birthday present from the kids and hubby.. I had been eyeing them up for months.. absolutely extatic to have got one. The quality is outstanding, the extras are all you could wish for and they just.....look.....unreal... took it to Cyprus last week. Booked bag in as 20kg checked bag. All went no bother. And out on the ocean there was amazing.. handles it all perfectly. Love the paddle straps. And the wee hook up.. super 😎 ... I am informed buying and delivery was spot on too. 🤙.. Happy happy happy... highly recommend buying one. Kids are about to now too.

Fantastic service, I had pre ordered a board in March ans it came a couple of weeks early. Quality is awesome, the extras are great, the communication is faultless and prompt. I emailed with a few queries and had fantastic after care! A friend also bought two boards from them recently and had great service also, I'll definitely keep recommending them.

Bought one paddleboard from Tidal Rave and was so impressed I ended up buying a second one for my husband. These boards are fantastic quality, you get a lot for your money and not to mention the fabulous designs! We got lots of comments about the in the Lakes at the weekend. I would highly recommend Tidal Wave.

They have offered me a free fin as I lost mine what a great company!

Great quality, great accessories, quick delivery and then first time use… and the board is great.
Customer Service is amazing ( Thanks Mandy), we lost a fin at first use 🤣😅 our own fault but all sorted and will be back on the board shortly.

Didn't really have any contact with the company as such. Ease of ordering made it not needed. Wanted this board for over a year and finally got one last month. Stunning board, heavier than my last but so much sturdier on the water. Would recommend.

I have been so eager to buy a tidal rave board for months I saw the acrylic echo and fell for it and decided to buy it a few weeks ago and I’m beyond impressed!! The board itself is an amazing design very sturdy and stable on the water, not to mention the amazing accessories that come with it for the price you pay it’s incredible !! I’ve had so many comments from people , just a brilliant top quality board.

outstanding paddleboard amazing colours can really see there's been some serious thought put into the design of these boards, from all the great quality accessories included, right down to the easy clip fins being a god send for swift attachment and detachment saving the skin on my knuckles no more struggling to slide out fins stuck with sand. Sturdy and durable board gives me much more confidence on the sea riding the waves and even keeps my bum dry on the river perfect for that sunny cruise. I chose the infinity board drawn in by all the colours and great design to match my colourful personality I was really blown away when it arrived and looks even better in the sunshine than in the pictures. definitely could see some heads turning as I was getting this baby set up. 10 out of 10 best product I've ever bought and super fast next day delivery.
