Very poor quality designs.

The t-shirt material is actually pretty decent but the prints are terrible!
Totally faded and others are so pixelated it’s very obvious when wearing.

Contacted customer service who said I had to return at my own cost and offered me 20% off a new order - no thanks.

Please don’t waste your money!

The shirts are very funny and hehe funny and I hope they'll be comfortable

Unique style/prints. Loving the dark humor! Would be cool to see some gothic, punk or steampunk (tank girl) type themes on t shirts. Also would be great if you could make lounge shirts, bat wings
shirts or just more variety in the cut out on the chest or shoulders area. Love band t shirts look forward to more!!!!!!!! but I know thats not easy. I like the t shirts with the wider sleeves just wish you also had that style t shirt in a very black color. Hopefully it doesn't take to long to get to germany. Im excited!

Delivery and items were fine (unlike other reviews) however the design almost completely faded in the first wash... I followed the instructions wholly, even turned it inside out and it's pretty much a plain tee now which is not acceptable for the high price tag. Avoid!

Ordered a pink Slipknot shirt. They sent a black one. I immediately responded saying it was the wrong color, as soon as I received the confirmation (which showed the wrong color being sent). They blamed me for ordering the wrong color (???) which simply was not true, and refused to allow me to return and get the color I wanted. This is a total scam company. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. Like even if it was my fault, which it wasn't, how the hell are you not going to allow a return after the mistake is immediately caught? Very shady business. Very shady people. And their customer service attitude says it all.

Paket ist nicht angekommen, keine Erstattung, stattdessen eine monatelange Diskussion bis die überhaupt einen Nachforschungsauftrag bei DHL in die Wege geleitet haben. Warte seit November 2023 auf eine Entscheidung in der Sache. Bestellbetrag lag bei etwa 50€. Einfach nur unfassbar, wie kann man so mit Kunden umgehen. FINGER WEG!

Der Kundensupport ist unsympathisch, absolut Empathielos und jetzt versuchen die auch noch meine Bewertung hier zu entfernen. Einfach nur unfassbar.

I received a t-shirt in the wrong color and size. After contacting Tidense, they only offer me a 10% refund or a discount for buying the t-shirt again. In their return policy they say that if the product is received wrong or damaged, they will pay for the shipping costs of the return, but they are lying. After 2 weeks and many many emails, they only offer the 10% refund and keeping the wrong t-shirt that has actually quite poor quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I had trouble tracking my order (ordered a khaki T-shirt with a cool design on 1/24/24). Thankfully, the ordered arrived on 2/7/24. When I opened the package, I noticed it was the wrong color (more like maroon/purple). I reached out to customer service (who can only be contacted by email and take 1-2 days to respond) and was told that they’ve confirmed they sent the right item and offered a 20% discount for a future order. I even included a photo of the clear error. I obviously refused and asked that they send the right shirt or issue a full refund if they are intentionally misrepresenting their color options. This request was ignored and instead they doubled down that it was the right order and they offered a 30% discount for a future order for the inconvenience. I replied refusing this unacceptable response and am now realizing this may all just be a scam so I’m hoping to warn everyone from buying from Tidense before they lose their money/time.

i like the way the website is set up, although i wish it was more clear on the time my shirt will be ariving

I bought shirts from Tidense before. I love the quality of fabric and the print. The print may fade with time but it fits the aesthetic of the clothes so it's a non issue for me. I don't want that to sound like a big deal though, I really like their prints.

The shirt was funny, it’s thick and soft and the quality of the picture is fantastic. I had low expectations and was shocked. I wanted this same design with another band wishing the other day they had that style with ghost. But i thought there’s no way. Today i got back on the website bc i was bored and lo and behold, THEY HAD THE SHIRT WITH GHOST ON IT TOO!! I am beyond happy. The shirt was so wonderful i ordered 4 more!

Honestly my favorite clothing I’ve ever purchased online. Recommend these clothes to everyone. Fits perfectly for an oversized fit. Keep up the great work

Terrible company,
total scam! I ordered tshirts on the 4th December, they did not arrive. I have messaged many times and each time told please wait. I found the shirts on AliExpress for a fraction of the price and delivered in 7 days. Save yourself the hassle and money!
