Ehrlich gesagt war ich überrascht wie angenehm das Shirt ist ! Habe aufgrund der Bewertungen mit Billigware gerechnet . Finde den Stoff sehr angenehm . Vielleicht Glück ! Habe das Shirt -„ Sorry i have plans „ in extra L bestellt zum Schlafen. Perfekt und sieht auch von der Farbe sehr cool aus !

Absolute bullsh*t company. Ordered a shirt in the middle of November and we are now almost to February. They keep telling me it's on its way and will send me fake tracking information. I asked for a refund and they said they would like to ship the item again. Do not order from here!!

Very easy to look through everything. Companies doing very well because it is very funny to wear shirts with what they have on it

You guys have amazing artists and decent prices. I bought this shirt for my kid. I would love to get something for myself. Problem is: I’m a pretty big guy, big and tall. Do you guys ever carry and sizes with “tall” in them. For example: xxLT, xxxLT, etc. It’s hard to find quality shirts like this anywhere that carries “tall” sizes.

Katastrophe! T-Shirts haben eine schlechte Qualität, typische China-Ware. Fallen klein aus, Stoff ohne Stretch. Anfrage zur Retoure wegen fehlerhafter Maße wird abgelehnt, man soll die Kosten für Versand PLUS Zollgebühren selbst tragen! Absolut besch******* Kundenservice. Finger weg lassen von diesem Shop!!!

They misprinted my address label and vehemently refuse to take any accountability. Still chasing this up over a month later. Suspect a scam where they send an empty package with a typo long enough to steal money. If you are waiting on anything from them request a refund through PayPal asap they will protect you. Also just found their products on AliExpress. Save yourself time, money and hassle and order somewhere else.

What hasn't went wrong with this "tidense" ? I ordered one shirt from them on December 8th and here it is a month later and still no shirt. I've emailed them and although they did respond quickly, the tracking link was all in Chinese. I then asked for it in English....it's not like any tracking I've ever seen. I'm not satisfied. Very long waiting, still received nothing.

Ordered a T shirt in mid November, and still no word of an eta. I got a 'failed delivery' email at the end of November, with no slip to take to the post office, and no update on where to collect from or any redelivery option.

When I contact Tidense customer service I'm just told to contact the courier, who won't pick up the phone or reply to emails and I'm sent round in circles.

Seriously bad business

I ordered some shirts back at the end of November and they've still been yet to arrive. The tracking just says it's "in transit" and when I contact Tidense customer service I'm just told to please wait. Don't waste your money or time.

begging whoevers reading this to not buy anything, at least dont if ur not 200% sure you want it. their policy for cancelling orders is to contact them before the order is processed through their service email- i emailed about cancelling less than an hour after i ordered and got no answer. i ended up emaoling through their contact us page and got someone who insisted i was just four minutes too late to cancel? kept trying to push me to keep the order, saying if i need to cancel itll be a 15% charge?? they only answer once a day so i had to email back and forth for four days before finally they agreed to cancel and fully refund. it took an additional week to even get the refund. since i cancelled i cant review the clothing quality but good luck if u want to cancel or return LMAO

It's been over a month with no valid tracking number.

This company is complete trash. Ordered a shirt last week of November, have been emailing since December 4th, have exchanged 14 emails back and forth asking where my package is, every time it’s “please wait” “kindly wait it will arrive in 3-5 days” 2 weeks later, not here. Ask for a refund, get back “kindly wait” like are you kidding me lmao you guys are performing an illegal business and will be reported.

Got two Totoro and one rare flame Pokémon and one Pokémon one with potalane.com on it (no idea what that is). Ordered on thanksgiving and they arrived December 19th in Ohio. Got a size medium and they fit good, not sure if I’d dry them though to keep the fit well

Easy to use site, ordered for a family member

I ordered a shirt about 3 weeks ago- in anticipation for the holidays. We’ve surpassed 21 days, and I have no idea when I will receive the package or where it is.

I’ve reached out to customer service about 5-6 times now. I keep getting the same response: “it is in transit. please kindly wait another week.” They cannot tell me where the order is, or provide an ETA. Customer service is completely useless. Not only will I never order from this trash company again, but I will be filing a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Poor quality good
Did not receive a order confirmation or tracking
They come from a sweat shop in hong kong
They do not even have branded tags/labels
Tried to return but customer service said it would be at my expense and tried to offer me 20% off a next purchase which will not be happening

Save yourself some hassle and don’t use this website. The items arrived, the hoodie is suppose to be XXL oversized and it’s tight. The quality is awful. I emailed them twice about returning the items, when I eventually got a response they basically refuse to let you return the items and just give you a discount code instead for your next order? I won’t be ordering again when the quality is so poor! So now I’m stuck with it.

The purchases process is easy and straightforward no hidden fees. I enjoy the style of clothes and will be buying more from here again! The only thing that did worry me is how the address information is set up before you pay, but it fixed itself after. So overall really great experience to have. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

The quality of the hoodies and shirt are great! Super soft and durable. So happy I decided to order here.

I purchased two oversized t-shirts, but upon receiving them, I found that the prints were of poor quality. Despite reaching out to customer support, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility, denying the discrepancy between the shipped products and the images displayed on their website. As with other reports found on the internet, the company offered me a discount coupon for my next purchase. I'm not sure why they'd think that I'd ever order from them again. Working with PayPal to figure out a solution.
