Prices are phenomenal, your choice of styles is exquisite and quality is remarkable.

There website is falsely advertising name brands like Tommy Bahama and the quality of the products is very cheap. The hats we received were beginning to fall apart. This company sells junk.

i selected a Medium and got a large.
I need to send it back

The cap took a long time to arrive. When it did it was not as advertised. It was not Harris tweed or wool but a cheap polyester blend. When I complained, I was told I could ship it back to China at my expense. Since after dealing with these scammed, I was not confident I would receive a refund, I kept and donated it to a nursing home.

Just a bit difficult to navigate the website, but otherwise the process itself was easy and straightforward.

Experience was good. It was easy to find the flat caps i was looking for and more.

I ordered a hat from Tiendahat and it was advertised as a 100% wool hat made in Italy. What I received was a wool/poly blend made in China. What’s bad is the marketing deceit. If it’s made in china just say so. If it’s not 100% wool say so. Don’t lie to make your product more appealing. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to pay to return and when I said that wasn’t acceptable they ghosted me.

Ordered a peaked cap - wool genuine Scottish Harris Tweed and I received a cheaply made 100% polyester cap which you can see through. Should have checked company out before ordering, live & learn.

Easy ordering of products.

Well a great choice of hats, but the website developer has a craze for popups that are very distracting and not always helpful.
I couldnt focus on what i wanted to do.

I agree with all the other negative reviews about this company. They are a SCAM. I paid for 4 Pamana hats. I received two hatS. One said "paper" "made in China" My hats were sent from the USA. THEY TOLD ME I COULD RETURN THEM TO CHINA, PAY POSTAGE ETC. OR I COULD KEEP IT AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME 10% OFF. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY OTHER TWO HATS. THEY ARE GREAT WITH RESPONDING......BUT DON'T TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE EMAILS FROM THEM WERE A JOKE

Complete scam. I ordered off of Facebook. Order shipped quick, wrong hat though. I was offered a 3rd of what I paid but could keep the hat. I didn’t want the Panama hat. After asking for a full refund they ghosted me. I filed a complaint with PayPal and Facebook about experience. Stay away from these thieves.
