I am very disappointed with them
I am very disappointed with them, I bought lingerie on 01/31 to wear on my Valentine's day and to this day I have not received anything. The mail tracking does not show any information, do not buy from this company, it is a complete scam, you will lose money, I sent emails several times and did not receive any response, the number provided on the website does not work. Girls, do not buy from this company, they are fake.

Ordered my item on 27 Jan 25 - still hasn’t arrived
Ordered my item on 27 Jan 25 and was guaranteed it would arrive by Valentine’s Day. Emailed twice to chase and never received a reply which is not acceptable. Item still showing in transit after 19 days!

Scammers
Scammers ! Do not order from this company - they claim to be UK based but have referenced products being shipped to UK, I have been given vague updates and conflicting emails. They can’t provide an eta and are now deleting comments / turning off comments on Instagram posts that myself and others have commented on to try and let other people to not fall for this scam.
Do not order from this company, it has been 19 days since my order and no eta.
Update: after hounding them on email and instagram DM they have agreed to issue a refund - I am awaiting for this to be sent through. Note that their website is plastered with fake 5 * reviews from Trust Pilot. Do not order from them - waste of time, money and energy.

Seems to be a scam
Seems to be a scam, Bought from here for the Mrs for Valentines Day. £4.99 for delivery which is shocking. I can track the order and it seems to be in Transit, it does exist with Royal Mail however just says it has been dispatched. However I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and no change or no news from them.

ITS A SCAM
ITS A SCAM! I haven’t received my order.
You have to pay £4.99 for postage(Express Delivery (Tracked & Insured-this it what you can see while ordering)) which is the only one available option. My parcel has been sent 2 weeks ago and still “in transit”. I can’t track it. In Royal Mails system looks like it doesn’t exist. I’ve sent them an email with questions but they don’t respond. I don’t have the item purchased and obviously not refund because I’m not able to reach them. Waste of time and money!
