Excellent product and the cats love it

Excellent product and the cats love it
I have ordered before at Tigga Tower and wanted an additional bedding / tower for our three Bengals. Arrived perfectly at the 24th of December and the cat were almost already laying in the tower before finishing it builing.
Stronly recommandable.

Good response to a problem

I had a problem over delivery with Tigga Towers but Sam resolved this for me

Grant, I have tried to contact you today and left a voice mail as you did not pick up. I have not received any further communication from you until this review. So I was unaware the cave had not been delivered on time after making the arrangements to re route and correct my error. I stand by our original offer for you to return 1 or both caves to us and we will refund ALL costs including return shipping. Please contact us ASAP so we can make the arrangements

Superb company

Superb company. Dont be put off by tower prices as they are solid, last forever and can be added to so much better value than cheaper trees.
Customer service second to none!
Highly recommend

Great product

Great products. Products always arrive in good time and as described. My cat loves all of their toys and has ended up with quite the collection!
