I purchased a TiiPii bed in February 2024. When an issue arose, I contacted the company and was told they were “waiting for a spare part.”

What followed was nearly a year of delays and repeated reassurances, with no resolution.

Only to then be told that the company had been dissolved and the product was now out of warranty leaving me with no refund, no replacement, and no support.

Despite this, the TiiPii brand, website, and products are still actively being marketed and sold, which is incredibly misleading from a customer perspective.

A product at this price point should last far longer, and customers should not be left in limbo for months only to be told there is no recourse.

Be very cautious if something goes wrong, you may be left completely unsupported.

Amazing! We saw these guys in London and HAD to have a Tiipii right then and there. We have had our Tiipii for years now and lots and lots of enjoyment in our Mallorcean garden. The quality and build is fabulous and the team are just so great - everyone needs a Tiipii in their lives!!! Enjoy

This tiipii bed is simply awesome. My other half and I can cozy up on it together and enjoy great patio time. The included net keeps the bugs away and we bought a perfectly fit pad on Amazon to cover the inside enhancing the comfort. I wish the external stand was cheaper so we could put it in the middle of our yard to enjoy. But under the patio works great.

I was really excited to set up my Tiipii bed after waiting several months to get the stand for it for it. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.

First off, I ordered the stand, but it turned out to be significantly taller than the dimensions listed, which forced me to hang it from my ceiling instead. Once I finally had everything set up in my room, I climbed in and realized how uncomfortable it is. The only support comes from a thin canvas lining, which simply isn't enough.

I reached out to the company for advice on what size cushion would provide better support. They suggested a 50 x 50” cushion, but given that the bed is 72 inches, that size is far too small. I've emailed them multiple times asking for recommendations on what other customers have purchased, but I've received no response. It would have been extremely helpful if they had provided guidance on cushion sizes when purchasing the bed, as it feels like a guessing game otherwise.

While I truly love the aesthetic of the bed, the lack of comfort and support is disheartening. I was really looking forward to decorating and enjoying my new space, but I’m left feeling disappointed. If anyone else has found a suitable cushion for the medium Tiipii bed or has tips on how to make it more comfortable, I would greatly appreciate your insights! Please provide links or website suggestions. I read the reviews From customers with the exact same issue and the company responded that they found cushions at boutique stores. Which is not helpful at all.

** The response does not give any clue to the cushion needed to fit the bed. It offers pillow ideas. Not the cushion that would support you to lay on the bed itself. 50 x 50 cm would never fit the Tiipii bed. It fits a Papa San chair.
***The stand measures almost 10.5 feet. I could not even stand it up in my living room.

Had a long and amazing journey with the Tiipii company and their products. Their hammocks are truly unique, and as I live in Norway, I couldn't get a hold of the model I had set my heart on from their partner there. That led to contact with first the US, and then the UK store. They were so helpful, offered several solutions, and worked with me to find the best way to ship my products to me. I was unlucky and received a hammock that lacked the promised ambient net, but through several (and one in particular, thank you Shirene!) helpful csr's, we got it sorted. In addition to the excellent customer service, the hammock itself is so amazing! The quality is top notch, it lives up to the comfort it promises, and it is like no other hammock I've been able to find through a LOT of searching! So happy I went for the bigger model. This is my ONE luxury item in an otherwise ordinary everyday. My cats love it, the dog jumps in from time to time, and I even cajouled my SO in it a couple of times, leading to him promptly falling asleep and napping for almost 2 hours like a baby! I recommend this, you won't be disappointed. I'll upload pictures if the review will allow me.

After a frustrating time with an original Tiipii bed I felt the need to write a truthful review regarding Tiipii customer service and product.
Less than 24 hrs later I was contacted with a couple of offers to rectify the review.
I am so very impressed. A new bed was sent to replace the parts I needed.

With new design the mechanism to put the structure together is so very much easier to assemble.

I’d like to thank Tiipii for showing up and going way beyond expectations.

These beds are functional and beautiful. Such a romantic look wherever they are hung.

The clever box branding is awesome as well.

From cool box arrival in the post to popping into the Tiipii the process is exciting and easy.

Had a few issues in getting the correct cover for our tiipii bed ~ which we want to keep out as much as possible as it is so relaxing and creates a haven to escape into....

It's especially good if you want to pretend you aren't actually in the UK ~ and you're in Ibiza on holiday 😀....You just get in it and play music accordingly ....

After a few emails all was resolved and now a beautifully made canvas cover is being prepped according to the very thorough care instructions, ready for action.

Thank you for taking a personal approach and being so efficient in getting us organised and summer~ready.

I wanted to create a special space for relaxation in our home and the TiiPii bed was the perfect fit.
Quick and easy to assemble with a stand for easy placement, and looks stylish too. Quality material making it comfortable and supportive. My partner loves it and so does our grand-daughter, so suitable for all ages. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the TiiPii Bed to hang in our outdoor structure and it is the perfect addition for lounging...with enough room for our fur bebe. Recently, I added the weatherproof poncho and I'm happy I did. The TiiPii brand is a quality line of products and the service is excellent! Follow their social media streams and post your photos with your additions!

Could not be happier with my recent TiiPii bed purchase. Great for those lazy afternoon or whenever you just want to get super comfy and relax for a few hours. Amazing quality and the customer service was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10"

Our family loves relaxing in the TiiPii and it has been such a blessing this summer with the heat. We throw on the poncho and let the kids hangout for hours. Would recommend!

We've had our bed for about 3 years now and it is still in top shape. We got the waterproof one and bring it with us to the beach and for family picnics!

I had an issue with my Tiipii Bed which was resolved very quickly. I love the day bed set up.

As it seems, this really isn’t a “small company” it’s a profitable scam of selling thousand plus dollar daybeds to wealthy people. They have expanded quickly and avail in many stores/ high-end retail. If you an ‘ average’ consumer or actually working class, they won’t be bothered to help you or return calls or messages.
They should have stuck to selling to resorts. Just to set your expectations early, they don’t care about you. They are happy to take your $2000.00 and never contact you or help you. Unless you’re wealthy with money to burn, buyer- be aware of what you’re really dealing with.
They aren’t a small Company that cares. They just want you to believe that.

i purchased a medium set tiipii bed direct from the tiipii bed site and i am sooo impressed and satisfied with the customer service!!! the bed i purchased had some “ problems” with it and i reached out to tiipii bed and they IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND ARE REPLACING THE ITEM…i had to prove my case thru email and pics just like i would with any company but WOW..did not expect such a fast response and resolution… im anxiously awaiting the replacement and can’t wait to set it up and start relaxing in my new “bed”. i truly 100 percent encourage you to buy this product from this company!! thank you so much!!! I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO SPEND SOME TIME IN MY TIIPII SET AND ITS EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT.. i use it indoors for a rest spot in my loft and i sleep in it more often than my actual bed.. after a long 12 hr overnight shift as a nurse i can’t wait to get home and crash on my tiipii. worth every fr along penny!!! thanks for everything tiipii staff. ur the best!!

The bed itself is amazing but the customer journey from order to delivery was not. I did try to prevent from writing this review by reaching out but didn’t even get a response back.

I‘ve used TiiPii a couple of times for different clients that asked for my design advice on garden and outdoor spaces. They all love them!! Beautiful product, well manufactured, great customer service. I highly recommend!!

We’re having the best summer this year and I’ve been using my TiiPii every day to chill and relax outside. The weather in England has been pretty all over the place this year and this thing withstands all the elements. Unfortunately I now can’t stand sitting in any seat that touches the ground 😂. Would fully recommend! 🙌🏼

I m so in love with our TiiPii bed, my husband and I have got the luxury one and we set it by the pool at our villa in ibiza and it’s just so comfortable, blends perfect with the chill vibe of the island. We are literally obsessed, new favorite nap spot for our kids and dog. Appreciate very much the great service!
