Marcus the Great
Spoke to a knowledgeable member of staff called Marcus who helped me out of a sticky situation by managing to get hold of a trim no one else could find. He gave a great service and if I need anything like that again I’ll be sure to go back.

Great tile samples
I ordered tile samples for my sink backsplash. They arrived promptly and very well parcelled in sustainable packaging. Unfortunately the samples were not just what we were looking for on this occasion

Visited Tileflair Swindon
Visited Tileflair Swindon, numerous times as we were struggling to find the right floor tiles for our bathroom, en-suite and clock room projects.
Lewis was always helpful and polite. Helped us with ideas and suggestions. Very understanding and had good product knowledge. Thank you Lewis for all your help. Really appreciated your help.

Above and beyond customer experience
Can’t recommend the Reading branch enough. Initially helped us choosing the tiles for our shower room and when we were informed by our builder we hadn’t got enough, James and Marcus really helped by sourcing some in 48hrs.

Very disappointed with the service from Tileflair Cribbs Causeway
We placed our order in April and were repeatedly promised delivery dates that were then missed. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication – we only received updates when we chased the store ourselves. Deliveries arrived in stages, dates kept changing, and part of the order was eventually not delivered at all, leaving us to collect it ourselves from the warehouse.
The delays caused our bathroom installation to be pushed back, resulting in additional fitting costs.
I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication, broken promises and the lack of any follow-up have made this a very disappointing experience.

We visited the Swindon branch today and were served by Lewis (who also helped us on a previous visit). He was extremely helpful, and polite and seemed knowledgeable about the products. Excellent customer service.
