Sandra Polo made shopping at The Tile Shop a wonderful experience. She was patient and professional while we searched for the perfect tile combination for our kitchen remodel. She had the exact wall paint color from a palette so we could compare and decide what would look best. On top of that, the system said it would take about 3 weeks to get our order and it arrived in less than a week. Our tile guy has started and it's going to look beautiful. We are very happy with our choices.

I order 17 boxes of tiles and one of the boxes had "down bath" written on it with different tape closing the box. I opened that box to find not only was it missing tiles, it also had two different kinds of tiles in it, along with some of the correct tiles. Because my tile that I had ordered was clearanced, I didn't want to shortchange my project with the missing and misc. tiles in my box. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I think his name was Mike, who listened to my issue and instantly jumped into action to fix things for me. I sent him pics of the box and tiles that were in it and he sent me new tiles that I had possession of just 4 days later. I could not be happier with the customer service I received.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Springfield Tile Shop. Jason Saravia was helpful, had great ideas, and listened to what I was looking for. He spent a couple of hours helping me select all the tiles and flooring for 2 bathrooms. He had great patience, and was very kind. I raccomand him if you have never done this before, he will help you through the whole process. The computer system the company has set up to show you virtual pictures of the selections a customer makes isn't very realistic. It was hard at times to picture what it would truly look like. Regardless Jason was really good at giving me ideas. Thank you.

Finally after an hour of looking and scratching my head, I decided on a tile that checked all the boxes. Sales person Jasmine had been so patient during it all.Checked on the tile in stock a couple of times. Then we moved to the grout. Again, after some time, it was decided which one worked. Friday a statment was printed out and I was to get back once I spoke with the contractor. Emails were exchanged for a Tuesday morning pickup. Once inside I paid the total, thanked Jasmine for her help and backed my truck up to the dock. After waiting a bit I went inside to learn that only one carton of tile was ,indeed, in stock and the grout was no longer stocked at all. Tile could come by Saturday and I should look at a different grout color. I cancelled the order. So many times, these days, you just don't feel like a customer any longer. We wait for service. Many times with inexperienced people. Interruptions have become common in stores. And well, cell phones and employees. So yes, I'm disappointed, a little pissed about it and no one cares but me. Unless you are going into a high priced location shopping, forget about being a valued customer.

As a builder for many years i will not send a customer here again this is a retail store over priced by 50 percent plus the quality is the same as my wholesale distributor Also their return policies very strict full boxes only In some boxes a towel are 3 to $400 a box so you are stuck with that material up to 10. 12 additional square feet that you are paying for that you don't need

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the condition of the tiles I recently received from your company. I ordered two boxes of tiles for a bathroom remodel, and upon opening them, I discovered that nearly half of the tiles in both boxes were cracked at the corners and completely unusable.

This is not only disappointing but also extremely frustrating, as it has delayed my project. It is clear that the damage resulted from the careless way the tiles were packed. Proper packaging should ensure that fragile materials like tiles arrive intact, and in this case, your company failed to meet that basic standard.

While I do not expect that I will receive any refund for the damage, I want to make it clear that I complete many bathroom projects, and based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again. This lack of care and quality control has cost me both time and money.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to your packaging process so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

Beautiful selection, but way too expensive for what I was looking for. I ended up finding similar tile elsewhere for a much better price. — Mary Winslow

My review of the Tile Shop in Glendale, AZ.
Go into any store today and look around for help. It takes time and most are young and uninformed, but willing to try to help you. Results will vary greatly.
Then you come upon a gem, it surprises you, and you step back trying to grasp that the person in front of you, this employee of the store, actually knows what they are talking about.
Such was our experience with The Tile Shop. Immediately after entering, the manager, Mike, approached us to see if we needed help. He was full of information and answered all our questions with what I felt was expert clarification without being wordy.
He then turned us over to JB. This is where it really gets special. JB is the guy you always hope you will get but rarely do when you need answers and have multitudes of questions.
We were on a mission to completely revamp and remodel our bath and shower. Clueless about tiles and materials, JB sat us down, listened intently, looked at pics we had of our current bath, and then through 3 separate meetings, gently and calmly (because we were nervous and unsure) lead us through all the options available that we might be happy with. The amount of time he gave us was a true gift. We were never rushed, never pushed to make a decision, only given ideas, samples and ideas to consider before deciding on what we felt would work for us. Most of all, he made us comfortable. Always seeking a way to make sure we got what we wanted and why some ideas we picked would not work well.
There were many above and beyond issues he jumped on to help us with, such as working with our general contractor and the issues he had. JB got it done, and we walked away feeling like we were given the most professional service possible and gaining a bath we dreamed about at a very fair price.
The bath is complete now, and I have submitted photographs for the store. It is more spectacular than we ever imagined, and the outcome is because we found the perfect guy to help us in making our ideas work and flow together in a way that only JB’s assistance could have made possible. We can never thank him enough. Highly recommend these folks if you are looking for tile. Just sayin…..

Oversold tile quantity by 25% ($1,500) and will not accept returns because the project exceeded their 60 day return policy. The quantity was recommended by their sales staff. We did not change our design. Our tile was delivered March 29th and I requested a return June 20th. It was white subway tile for two bathrooms. Very timeless material. Be cautious when you purchase here.

I used to buy materials from these guys about 20 years ago. Restarted to shop with them once I relocated back to US. They have a large variety of tile products, and the staff is very helpful. Everything you need for a tile project. Highly recommended!

The checkout experience is horrible. The website is extremely slow and I was forced to create an account. The process took more than 20 minutes just to check out.

You know what? I was going to go there to place a $10K order. Forget them. I’ll go somewhere else after reading all the negative reviews.

I loved this store until I was denied the right to return over $400 worth of fully boxed tiles because it was a few days past the 60-day return policy. They would rather lose a lifetime customer than be slightly flexible in their return policies. This is a poor business practice! The contractor took slightly longer to complete the project than expected. The former assistant manager, Sandy, would have helped me. Now I know why he left this company.I am done with them. Beware and go elsewhere to buy your tiles.

Using this company was a breeze from start of the purchase to the delivery from FedEx. all great will be using them again.🫡👍

We had a nice initial visit to the Tile Shop in Nashville for shopping--getting good information and education from our sales representative for bathroom tile and accessories.

Unfortunately, it went downhill after our purchase in mid August. We spent $425 for delivery of the order to our house. For this charge, delivery was provided in a third party unmarked truck. The delivery came with two pieces of expensive broken tile, and the wooden pallets to carry the tile were left behind at our house. After two weeks, the replacement tile is not available (and the Tile Shop wants us to pick it up when ready!).

Overall, a disappointing (and expensive) experience. We would expect far better than what we received.

Very upset that they would not give me credit for unused tile, especially since I’m a builder. They said I was 17 days past the policy cutoff. Unacceptable. I was in store to buy more of a different tile. This is not a store for builders. I’m going elsewhere for my tile needs.
