I found this company on google. We had problems getting what we needed locally, and tiles paradise stood out with the choice and quality of goods. My order was dealt with quickly and I was really happy with the bathroom mirror. Customer service were amazing, and a query I had was dealt with instantly.
I will have no hesitation in using Tiles Paradise in the future, for our next project.

Order number 6484.
Ordered 600x1200mm large format onyx tiles which arrived significantly damaged. 17 tiles in total were chipped and cracked, making them completely unsuitable for installation. Discovered this mid-installation with a tiler already on site, causing costly delays.
To make matters worse, their terms require you to report damage within 2 working days an unreasonable condition that has no standing under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
There is no formal complaints channel; you are directed to email only, with no acknowledgement or resolution timeframe given. I have had to formally escalate this matter in writing and reserve the right to pursue it further.
Would not recommend unless appropraite and swift remedial action is undertaken.

I am pleased to update my review following a full and satisfactory resolution to my complaint. After raising my concerns, Adam at Tiles Paradise acted swiftly and professionally, arranging for 45 replacement 600 x 600mm tiles to be dispatched at no extra cost, on a next-day delivery service. True to their word, the tiles arrived on the day promised and in perfect condition.
While the initial experience was deeply frustrating, the way this complaint was handled has genuinely restored my confidence in this company. Adam's communication throughout was prompt, clear and solution-focused which is exactly what you hope for when things go wrong.
I would now feel comfortable ordering from Tiles Paradise again.

Don’t order from here. Took over two weeks to deliver my tiles when I paid for 48hrs delivery service. Tiles delivered to wrong address. No communication except WhatsApp. Worst decision of my life.

I've been using tilesaradise for quite a while now, always a great service, on my last review my only issue was tracking info but low and behold I managed to find I was getting tracking info, it was just going in my spam emails, so for that I'll upgrade my 4* to a 5* great products, great service

Very pleased with the floor tiles I ordered from Tiles Paradise, they look gorgeous on our new kitchen floor, I’ve had so many compliments.

Adam made the whole experience excellent for us . He explained from the sale to delivery and was spot on . The price we paid was 50% cheaper than over here in the North of Ireland . The size and colour where perfect , lots of friends calling to look and they where blowen away with the transformation of our back garden .
