Wow what a great service. After searching what seemed like hundreds of websites for 70 outdoor tiles which had to be a certain colour (in order to match other tiles being laid), matt and non-slip (as my mother is disabled), 60x60cm and a particular thickness (because builder insisted on this) and available for delivery by certain date/time (again my builder is scary about timings), I came across the prefect tiles at Tiletopia. Not only were the staff very helpful and caring throughout the ordering process, the tiles were good value, delivered on time, well packaged and by an equally excellent delivery service. This was a welcome experience in the midst of a hectic large garden renovation. I highly recommend this service.

I’m very happy with these ceramic tiles. The glossy blue finish looks elegant and adds a fresh, stylish touch to my space. The tiles feel sturdy, are easy to wipe clean, and are perfect for areas exposed to moisture like kitchens and the finished result is well worth the effort. Highly recommend!

I got the Polished Porcelain Tile . The polished finish gives it a clean, luxurious look and reflects light beautifully, making the space feel brighter and more open. The quality is excellent, and it looks much more expensive than it is.
Also got the Mint Blue Mosaic Tile, it’s so gorgeous in person. The color is soft, fresh, and adds the perfect pop of character without being overwhelming. It was exactly what I was looking for and looks stunning as an accent feature. Great quality and beautiful finish! Love it!!!

I contacted tile topia via WhatsApp yesterday. I received live video and images of the tiles I was looking through which was great as sometimes images online can be a slightly different colour.

Anyway. The service I received was second to none. Nathan was so so helpful.

I chose the tiles I want, made payment and he was able to get me a delivery date of my choice, a couple of days away which is fantastic.

Highly recommend. Great prices too!

Be very aware when dealing with this company. If you have broken tiles included in your delivery (up to 5%) then you will find it very difficult to receive replacement titles or a refund. This is written in their terms and conditions.
Trading standards are clear on this .

They are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to you, your safe place, or your neighbor.Act Quickly: Report the damage immediately, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, although you have longer. Take photos of the damaged items and the packaging.Signing for Delivery: Even if you signed to say the items were received "in good condition," you can still claim if you discovered the damage afterward, though it is better to sign as "unchecked" or "damaged".Replacement or Refund: You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. The retailer must bear any costs for delivering replacements.

I contacted them multiple times for advice, from choosing the right grout colour to match the tiles to ordering extra tiles after we unfortunately underestimated how many we needed.
