Excellent service. Good prices. Ordered on Monday with standard delivery, got text from Steve the driver saying when he’d arrive next day. He carried everything in for me, including a huge wediboard for me. Will definitely use this shop again.

Ordered Marmox Backer Board on Monday night, delivered in perfect condition on Wednesday morning.
Received text from Steve on Tuesday evening to let me know when he'd arrive. He arrived on time, then carried from van into house - perfect!

Fantastic customer service! Very helpful phone call with Antonetta, a missed call from Morgan which I think was him trying to sort out a quick delivery for me, and then Steve the driver texting me the same evening to tell me he’d be delivering to me the next morning between 0830 and 1130. He arrived at 08:45! Great price, next day delivery and great customer service. Recommended without hesitation.

Needed tile colour enhancer & stain block . Ordered online for next day delivery , order was delivered next day but alas wrong product was sent. Rang and had to send email with photo of what I had received. Not a problem with this company , the correct product has been sent out and collection of incorrect product has been arranged…. All within 15 minutes of my initial call….. Excellent customer service would highly recommend…. Also prices a lot cheaper than anywhere else…. Will defo use again & recommend to friends & family

Phoned just to check the things I needed were in stock, they were, ordered online, arrived the next morning! Doesn't get any better. Not to mention the price was great AND Because I ordered just over £350, I got free delivery on over 100kg of products. Fantastic.

I am a trader and recently I started to use Tiling Supplies Direct. Very kind and positive customer service. The sales team is quick and very detailed in estimates and provides great technical support. What's more very kind, positive and professional driver Steve delivered all materials the next day and followed up if I am happy with everything after which he asked if I could provide a review for his company. What a great bunch of people who care for the business. I'll be happy to keep coming back to the TSD.
PS. I don't know how much Steve is earning but I would like to recommend him for a bonus or at least an employee of the month title. :-) Great approach to you All.

Wedi board delivered the wrong size as they chose to substitute without my knowledge, all boards damaged on edges, leaking tanking fluid and damaged shower tray. Attempted multiple times to contact the company however they choose to ignore. No communication whatsoever and had to make multiple calls to correct issues. Still left with damaged boards!

I needed some Tilebacker boards for my Bathroom renovation and decided the Marmox boards would be perfect. After having some problems sourcing the boards online (a lot of retailers state that foam boards, especially the larger ones, don't seem to survive the courier network and therefore limit the choice available for mail order) I made my order from TSD and hoped that they would arrive OK. seeing as they would be coming from the West Country all the way to Yorkshire, I had my fingers and everything else crossed ! I needn't have worried as when the boards arrived, I very quickly realised that these guys understand how to package delicate items like this to protect them. The only problem I have now is getting rid of the huge pile of packaging materials out of my garden - lol. I also realised, the next day after making the original order, that I'd forgotten the floor levelling compound I needed so I got on the phone, not expecting to be able to add to the order but again I was wrong as the lady I spoke to quickly added the 3 packs of Arditex NA to the order, which resulted in no extra postage charges - bonus ! No problems at all with the service I received from TSD so I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Great products and excellent customer service. Morgan is an expert and great with confirming details and advising on our best options. Steve who came to deliver was extremely helpful and happy - a lovely chat as we unloaded 75 heavy boards - we are looking forward to seeing Steve again in the near future with our next delivery!!

Great prices and incredible customer service. The courier messed up part of our delivery and the sales team went above and beyond to try to rectify the issue. When we couldn't get part of the order in time they issued a refund immediately. Really friendly, helpful staff, I would definitely use them again, hopefully the couriers can do what they are supposed to next time!

A very efficient and friendly company to deal with. I placed an order on Wednesday and the goods were with me the following morning. Steve the delivery driver was most cheerful and helpful :). I will definitely be using this company again.

I don't leave reviews unless worth while, and I was really impressed. Ordered before 2pm, text that evening, and delivered at 7.30am the next morning, by Steve; super cheery for that time in the morning.
Really well priced, and I wouldn't think twice about order straight from them next time.

Brilliant and friendly delivery service. Steve call ahead of time to let me know he was near. Might sound small but makes a world of difference as I actually needed it delivered to my car. Steve very helpfully placed my items into my car also. All delivered with a smile and lots of banter. If only all delivery drivers were like Steve! Great service!

Very helpful when phoned to ask about best product to use for waterproof epoxy grout for shower.
Order arrived quickly and comms were good about out of stock item which then arrived a few days later with another order.

I don’t usually write reviews but must say the Kerakoll Fugalite Eco is an amazing grout, it’s looks really great and if it’s as good as it says on the tin worth the money and effort. Not for the feint hearted diy grouters and if you don’t know what you are doing get someone in, but if your brave enough make sure to get the associated tools eg sponges and abrasive pads with the wash and cleaners and you are on a winner. This stuff is 100% waterproof and no mould, like a shower should be.

What a great company. Cheapest around and what a great delivery driver. Steve, really polite on the phone and when he turned up was great to have a laugh with, whilst he helped me bring the heavy cement boards into the house. What a great asset to the company. Thanks - 5 stars!

This company is a gem of a find, they stock all that I needed for my current job with speedy delivery.
STEVE the drive is great and professional, he called me the day of the order to discuss delivery, the next morning it was there ready and waiting.
