Great product, great service and fast delivery.

We recently purchased a 5L tin of Lithofin stone sealant. The order was placed on the May Bank Holiday weekend and we received the sealant on Tuesday with a friendly DPS delivery guy

I've now received 3 deliveries from Tiling Supplies Direct. The latest one placed Thursday and here before 9am Friday morning, despite some special order items. I've found Debra and Martin to be incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find the right products and highly recommend both of them. Steve the delivery driver must be Tiling Supplies Direct greatest asset! He's always a pleasure to see and speak to, always friendly and has previously kindly agreed to take some return items back to base for me, saving me the postage costs. All in all, a great company to deal with from start to finish!

Placed an order on Friday evening at 7pm and to my surprise received on Monday morning delivered by a friendly chap called Steve in their own van. Great value, highly recommended.

Highly recommended ordered 3 times and all 10/10.. first of all fantastic choice, and easy order process. Communication works great. And for delivery one cannot do more of a fantastic service than Steve!! Masked up, polite, hardworking ... he had to carry my delivery up the whole street yet he was super friendly and efficient. He delivered 3 times to me and his service and handling is second to none. A credit to your company. Fast on top of it, another company let me down so I need to get the supply quickly from somewhere else, orders with Tiling Supplies Direct on Saturday and received my order SUPERFAST on Tuesday !!! Many thanks and if I ever need something else I will solely use you as fantastic experience!!

Ordered supplies on Monday morning, arrived on Wednesday morning. Excellent service, with tracking to follow the goods whereabouts. Highly recommended.

Ordered products yesterday after a job got pulled forward unexpectedly and it was all delivered by 9am the next day. Steve the delivery driver was excellent and so helpful. He didn’t even take up my offer to help Carry the products to my house and left them all neat and tidy . Huge thanks!

This company needs to look at their staff because some of them are so bad its comical. They are also not really concerned with correcting their mistakes. They are obviously used to customers complaining.

I ordered some grout protector on 3rd April. I received a delievery on 7th April, but the wrong product had been sent. I called up for a replacement, and was promised that the correct product would be sent out. I called up again on 10th April, as I had still not received the replacement and I was promised that it would be delievered the next day. I emailed on 14th April as nothing had been received still and I thought that maybe putting it into writing would resolve the situation. On 17th April I called up again and requested a refund instead. I was told that this would take a few days. It's now the 27th April and I've not received either a replacement or a refund. I've again been promised to have the money refunded. This is the WORST service that you could expect.
