TimberCut4U レビュー

Speedy delivery, and at a good price too.
Will definitely use TimberCut4U again.
I don’t normally do reviews, but their service was exceptional.

Very easy company to deal with.

Delivered exactly what I ordered and wood was of a good quality. Only thing that could be improved would be the lead time between order and delivery.

High quality product, very good service, excellent delivery, but takes a fair bit of time.

The timber quality is excellent. The only issue I have with this company is that there are minimum order values for each size of timber. This makes it uneconomic to buy different sizes of timber on the same order.
It would be far better and fairer to the customer to have an overall minimum order value for the whole order not for each individual size.

After a problem with our order which was delivered incorrectly. The company kept us informed & delivered the new order swiftly. The quality of the wood was very good too!

I gave 4 stars first delivery was late but second was early. DPD does not deliver to our door but left it under the red post box on top of our refuse bags (that they broke open by dumping the delivery on top of) luckily we found it before they had come to collect.
We live down a tarmac drive, but other delivery people bring it to the house. If it is raining the wood could get wet.

Great communication, great quality timber. Delivery was a little slow but would definitely recommend

Took to long to supply to be honest estimate was over run but did supply prompt after phone call to chase Product was good except slight bow in the length which was disappointing considering its machined all over to size
But had to use as was for a customer and had to fitted straight away as had guests arriving that day

Good customer service and a quick response on the phone. I'll use them again!

The timber was delivered on time and it is good quality . Delighted with service

Great service, friendly staff and quality timber ,will definitely use timbercut4u again!!

Excellent communication, care about the quality of timber, well packaged for delivery

Very well packed and straight boards

The wood was cut and supplied exactly as specified. Good delivery service.

The timber was reasonably priced, is was well prepared and packaged, the delivery was a few days over the estimated delivery date but it was delivered undamaged.

What a magnificent online shop at TimberCut4U
The prices are very competitive and ordering was really straightforward. The product when it arrived was superb. Delivery was prompt and the wood was carefully wrapped so there was no damage.
Gordon dealt with our order in a most thorough and professional manner. It was a pleasure to business with the company. I will definitely be recommending TimberCut4U to all my friends and colleagues.
Thanks

I haven’t yet recived my product however their staff were very polite .
