Great product, took a while to come through but all good.

I deleted my last review for my latest order and now doing another. My order came a day after (day after the time period given). The wood was perfectly packaged and delivery in perfect condition. All the wood was perfectly to the sizes I gave and extremely good quality and finish. I also just noticed that they (Gordon?) gave me a £40 refund for the late delivery of my first order. Thank you! ...so I will be using your company again!! P.S. I just wish there was faster delivery options :)

A good service. I got what I wanted at a good price, all items perfect. There is a lead time but you know that before you order and it arrived when it said it would. It all came well protected. What's not to like, I will use again for sure.

Wood arrived by the estimated time and was good quality and well packed

Quality products well packaged many thanks

Materials Dimensionally accurate and well finished. Packaging very good so no transit damage. Delivery within expected timeframe.

The wood cut and quality was very good, but one plank had holes in it and could not be used. Still, I managed the job thus the supply was very good.

Great price for some Sapele hardwood. Planed all round to the exact size I needed. Very easy to order and instant price. Delivered to my door within the price and within the delivery window time frame. Well packaged in foam wrap and cardboard to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

High quality cut to size hardwood. Well protected and wrapped for delivery. Perfect for some intricate joinery.

Great service throughout. Website was easy to deal with and team were very responsive with answering questions.

The wood I ordered is good. But delivery was delayed.

Product excellent, delivery was a week later than originally quoted

A thoroughly positive experience. High-quality timber and precisely cut to size. I am completely satisfied.

Tremendous Customer service, quality timber and packaged extremely well to prevent transit damage.

I ordered some hardwood timber. Beautiful wood planks delivered with great care

Excellent very helpful arrived when stated in great condition exactly as ordered

Good timely service with wood dimensions and finish as ordered, except for 0.5mm variation on width of planks, which whilst within reasonable tolerances, prevents me giving a 5 star rating

Always a good quality product, milled perfectly to size and well packaged to survive transit without damage and at a great price. Couldn’t ask for more!
