We have been with Time finance for nearly 2 years now have have been very fortunate to have Alice Cox & Keira Devon Ford they have both been extremely helpful and always reply to any queries almost immediately. They are both reliable and a constant support to our company, we have regular meetings with Alice and she always keeps us updated on any changes within Time

Alice at Time makes the whole process run very smoothly, she is always available and ready support when required. Alice fully understands the challenges faced by SME's and is always ready to think outside the box and offer support often outside of business hours.
Alice communicates regularly before any issues arise and always approaches any challenge with a solution based mindset.

I can't recommend Time Finance highly enough for their invoice finance solutions. We initially signed up for a 12-month agreement with them, and requested a CHOCS (Client Handles Own Collections) facility to better suit our needs, allowing us to maintain direct control over our credit collections while benefiting from their funding support.
Having worked with two of the major high street banks for invoice finance over the past 25 years, switching to Time Finance was truly a breath of fresh air. With the big banks, we often felt like just another number in the system. In contrast, Time Finance has taken the time to genuinely understand our business, our challenges, and our growth ambitions. Their team has been incredibly supportive from day one, providing personalised guidance and flexible solutions that feel tailored specifically to us.
Three months before our initial 12-month contract was due to end, we were approached by numerous other finance providers offering seemingly better rates and grand promises. However, the exceptional relationship we've built with our account managers, Jenni Stubbs and Paul Harrison, was the deciding factor in choosing to stay with Time Finance. Jenni and Paul have been outstanding – always accessible, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, offering advice and support that makes us feel valued as a partner, not just a client.
As our turnover continues to increase, having a reliable finance partner we can trust is absolutely vital From my personal experience, they are head and shoulders above the main high street lenders. To illustrate the difference: we once had a dedicated relationship manager at a major high street bank after 10 years of loyalty, only to be told that because our turnover was under £5 million, all future queries would be handled by a call centre team in Scotland – whoever picked up the phone that day would try to assist!
Time Finance is the complete opposite – relationship-focused, supportive, and reliable.

I had an excellent experience with Time Finance from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, and they really went out of their way to make everything easy and stress-free for me.

A special mention has to go to Max Pearcy and Rachel Best, who were both absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond, explaining everything clearly and keeping me updated at every stage. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their support made a big difference.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Time Finance made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and effortless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and easy financing experience.

The company wants to charge me £13,000 for ending a contract with them.

I signed a contract with timefinance on behalf of fibretelecoms so they could provide me with equipment. I have been making monthly payments for this. But when i sent them the equipment back they claimed that the equipment was wrong. So for the entire contract they have been charging me for equipment that they didn't even supply to me?

I have dealt with Time Finance for several years through working in the backend of the business for my father. During this time I have dealt with many people throughout the company, and have always had a positive relationship with anyone I interacted with. I have to especially mention that Louisa and Julie in collections have always been great to us, and during difficult times of trading due to late payments and our client collapsing whilst owing us money, they worked with us closely to resolve the issue and get us back on track. Their help is greatly appreciated!

Very smooth process from start to finish, Max was great and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone I've dealt with in the company has been very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking to use this type of company.

Time and two other financiers were recommended to us by our broker. We were a new business and Time offered us a great service at a great price. Time lived up to its promises. The support of Alice and Shelley throughout has been invaluable.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. Alongside with fibretelecoms, time finance scammed me. Timefinance and fibretelecoms are working together to scam people. I have reported their illegal contracts and practices to the FLA. They have also offered me £500 in vouchers if I removed my negative review about them.

We were introduced to Time Finance by our accountants to support the business with growth and cash flow. We met with Sion Street, who from the start understood our business and what we were aiming to achieve.
The process from the initial meeting to the first invoice being funded was flawless. Sion and the team were responsive, transparent, and efficient at every step.
We had a few anxieties about using an invoice factoring service, but these were completely removed by the professionalism and clarity from the team.
I would highly recommend Time Finance.

Avoid dealing with this company.

Had a food business go bust they refuse to come.and collect leased equipment and just take you to court.

Then refuse payment plans and say they want it in full or you get a CCJ.

They also use an awful legal company called Harwood law who are as unprofessional as they are.

Always receive excellent service from Rowena in credit control, responding promptly to any queries I may have.
Always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
