We are trying to sell our timeshare from France. We were called back almost instantly further to our internet enquiry. Discussing our options with the customer service department was really helpful to guide us through the process. The person who called us was patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience. After reviewing our options between ourselves, and further discussions with the same, patient person, we decided to go ahead and let Timeshares only advertise on our behalf. We are now hoping for fast results.

The people that assisted me and took us on our tour was very nice her name was Heather and she was very good she didn't try to pressure us or anything she just showed us how wonderful the resort was and she let us make our decision from there.

I'm trying to get out of timeshare my wife passed away so.dont have any use for it anymore

Nelson signed me up on 7/17/26. I then sent him a follow up question on 7/17, 7/21 and 7/27. Never heard from him again on those 3 emails. Guess your customer service only goes your way. What is the deal?

Easy, straightforward people to do business with

I made reservations in November of 2025 for July of 2026 and confirmed it. When I arrived at my destination July 13 2026. Was told no ro rooms available and they had no reservation for me.

After one phone call, I felt everything was well explained to me. I did not feel overly pressured and after one day when I had a question I was easily able to get Nelson my original point man and he quickly answered my questions.
