The communication was good and the documents arrived in a timely fashion. Now we will see if I’m able to sell it promptly.

I entered into an agreement with Timeshares Only to sell my timeshare property on 07/22/26 and in less than a week, on 07/27/26, received an email that the advertisement for its sale had been posted… Thank you, Timeshares Only!

I was scammed a couple years ago trying to sell my condo, the company had it for two years and when I would check with the all they ever said we’re working on it until the last phone made to them the number was disconnected. Nelson talked to me and made me feel a little better by going with them

Nelson walked me through next steps and was very informative.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was great, the help was great, if I had to complain I don't think I could. It is set up so nice. We lazy rivered alot. We played corn hole alot and set on the balcony alot. I guess the only complaint was that we love to ride bikes and have a destination like food or shopping and that isn't available where we stayed. There were bikes but just to ride and not have a destination. But vacations are wonderful and this place was great.

It took a while, but we were contacted and kept up to date with developments over the period, and suggestions were made to update and improve our offer. The sale of our weeks went through on 28th May. Thank you.

Lady was pleasant and helpful. Time will tell if the results are acceptable. Holiday Inn Club, at least, is so complicated I think your folks handling customers should be dedicated to ONE company or maybe multiple similarly operating companies. Not doing that is probably resulting in incorrect and certainly ineffective listings.

Joy was very clear, concise and very informative. She was a real pleasure to work with. Made me feel confident we were doing the right thing!!
