I travelled from Birmingham to the London office to meet in person and make payment for a family Umrah trip, and I’m genuinely glad I did. From start to finish, the service was extremely professional and reassuring.
Ibrahim was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain every detail, printing out all documents and explaining next steps. He answered all our questions clearly.
There was absolutely no pressure, just honest advice and excellent customer care.
Visiting the office gave us real peace of mind, and the way we were welcomed and looked after showed a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the importance of the journey they’re arranging.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning Umrah, especially families looking for a smooth, well-organised, and stress-free experience. A big thank you to Ibrahim and the team — highly deserving of 5 stars.

Very much enjoyed the holiday. The staff were very patient with me as I was a bit indecisive about choosing the destination. They organised everything so well and found a great 5* hotel with a very reasonable price for the xmas peak period. They organised airport transfers and included this in their price. Will definitely book again with TimesTravel.

Please call Farhan Ejaz — he was the one who pointed me in the right direction and guided my whole entire family throughout the journey. This was our first time ever going abroad, and he made everything so smooth and stress-free.

Farhan was extremely attentive, always available, and quick to find a solution for any issue that came up. His support honestly made all the difference. On top of that, the ticket prices were cheap, affordable, and better than anything I could find anywhere else.

My brother in law booked the package for his wife and me to go for umrah. We were updated whilst we were in Saudi Arabia all the time via Whatsapp. Hotel imn Mecca was good but just over 1km to the hara. There were shuttle buses to take us to the Haram. The hotel in Medinah was two minutes away by foot. I would definitely use their services again. THANK YOU Times travel.

After sales service at its best - Darren from Times Travel is an absolute star and very very helpful. After a few issues regarding my initial flight booking, Darren was on hand to find a resolution immediately.

DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I booked a ticket with ALEXA TRAVEL UK (T/A TIMES TRAVEL LTD) in early December 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn’t travel and requested a cancellation and refund. Instead of offering any options, they told me a refund wasn’t possible — the only choice was to OPEN my ticket for use within 1 year. I was forced to pay £300 immediately on the same call, with the threat that if I didn’t pay right now then, I would lose the ticket. I was given no time to think and absolutely no alternative.

After around 10 months, when I contacted them to rebook, I was told I’d now need to pay even more, despite being promised earlier that I could rebook free of cost within a year. I even asked them to change it to any available date with no extra charges, but they still refused.

What’s worse is that I tried contacting them multiple times via calls and messages. They never responded. Every time I called, they either ignored or delayed it with no resolution at all. It became extremely frustrating and stressful. They simply kept delaying and avoiding.

I eventually reached out to the airline directly, who confirmed that airlines do not charge agents anything to OPEN a ticket, proving that the £300 they charged was pocketed by the agency itself. This was a clear scam.

The agent who booked my tickets initially made all these assurances, but none of them were honoured.

In total, I paid this agency £1,189 for two tickets, and an additional £300 for the so-called “OPEN” ticket, bringing the total to £1,489 for a trip I was never able to take.

Also, I’ve now discovered that ALEXA TRAVEL UK shares the same office address as TIMES TRAVEL LTD, which clearly shows it is one of their sub-brands. It’s shameful for such an old and reputed company to be involved in these kinds of unethical practices.

I am now taking legal action to recover my losses and hold them accountable.

The only reason I’m leaving this review is to make others aware so no one else goes through what I experienced. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from ALEXA TRAVEL UK and TIMES TRAVEL LTD. Their practices are dishonest, misleading, and abusive toward customers. Companies like this must be stopped from operating.

For clarity, after raising this case, TIMES TRAVEL LTD refunded the £300, admitting it was wrongly charged. However, the £1,189 I paid for the two tickets remains unresolved.

terrible scams took for me £825 , to change the flight date ,I did not hear from them , They try to take other £2000 when I release they are scammer, they been reported to the fraud company

A few weeks ago I was duped into paying a extra £600 ,on top of my payment for my holiday the person on the other end of the phone said he worked for on the beach , to cut a long story short I got in touch with timestravel limited explained that I had paid £600 for nothing , Darren got straight on the case and within 3 days I had my money back can’t praise Darren from times travel enough

Recently I booked tickets From airflight travels who linked with times travel and I am very happy by the services , An agent name Harris Samuel gave me the best flights and it was an amazing experience. This is a trust worthy platform 💯
