bestfly travel agent I have booked tickets to LHR to Colombo the price £710 , I thought it's a best price and very friendly until you pay full, no refund incase your change your mind, after booking I have douth about the price because January much cheaper, I call other travel agent Carlton travel harrow same date same flight gulf air £600 also feathe discount, £110 you could spend you holiday , it's all about bussiness and your money my advice call many travel agents for the best price , it's different find the honest people, do I yes the bestfly no way,

Bestfly has been the best travel agency service I’ve ever had. Highest quality standards, and they provide excellent service always. The staff go over and beyond to help you get your flights & hotels or either or a package holiday. They will work with you from beginning to end and ensure they get you the best deal. Ethan and Daud provided me the service for my last holiday in Cancun in November 2025. My 5 star hotel initially cost £4K which was too expensive for me but when the price went down to £2,364 due to a hotel booking cancellation, Ethan immediately called me and I booked the hotel all inclusive package and booked a flight too. Had I not been called about the new hotel cost, I would’ve missed that discounted price! This travel agency will be the one I’ll be using onwards as the staff are proactive, reliable, efficient, caring, polite, professional, hardworking, friendly, customer service focused, and have very good communication skills! I recently booked my tickets through flight catchers. Had a confusion in between but their customer service was exceptional. Especially Ethan, he was very patient and helpful.

I can honestly say Best Fly is the best travel company I’ve used! A good friend of mine who’s been booking his long-distance flights with them for over seven years recommended them to me, and I’m so glad he did.

I called and spoke with Mr. Raj Kumar to book tickets for my family, and I was shocked by how much money I saved compared to other agencies. The service was amazing — he even remembered our travel date and checked in after we landed at Heathrow! I’ve never seen that kind of follow-up before.
