Excellent new pass experience!

After recently passing my test, I purchased my first car with Tim Hayward. I had an overall amazing level of service, Tim & Tristan was fantastic and helped me from start to finish with the whole process.

The car is very clean, fresh MOT, and all checked out, exactly what I wanted for my first motor. To drive it away the next day after passing was exhilarating.

They also provided amazing after care to ensure it was 100% for daily use.
I am very satisfied with their service and level of care. Thank you both.

Bought a range rover on 1st march it developed oil leak on oil cooler and suspension pump packed in by April the 1st phoned after sales who informed me pump is covered by the 3 month warranty and they won't pay for the oil leak as its a used car i have sent an email to Tim Haywood who has not bothered to reply consumer writes says car should work without fault for 6 months after purchase I now have to go down the legal route to get my money back after paying top money for age and mileage so buyers beware they won't honour your legal writes

Great experience purchasing a vehicle on HP from Tim Hayward Car Sales. They were professional and helpful throughout. Any and all queries and problems were dealt with, even with a part replacement being funded after sale by the gentlemen at this business. Absolutely stellar experience, would 100% recommend. Tim hayward car sales are brilliant absolutely brilliant from start to finish the cars are exactly as the picture shows on the website nothing is hidden and the staff are so friendly and helpful even after you take the car away the staff absolutely honor the three month warranty i had a slight issue and they sorted it out immediately none of sorry the warranty does not cover this and that like some other car sales that I have had the misfortune of coming across. Looking for great staff and great cars you need to visit Tim Hayward car sales!!

I bought a beautiful Audi TT from Tim Hayward Cars… I was very happy with the entire process though out, they made it very easy. That included delivering the car to my home just over 100 miles away. I’m very pleased with the car and the buying process was stress free. I would definitely recommend!

I bought a lovely Jeep Renegade from here and waited a few months to ensure everything was okay before leaving a review. We received excellent service when we came to view and I appreciated that Tristan wasn't a pushy salesman but seemed to genuinely want to do right by his customers. The car was presented immaculately and had a very smooth experience with my part ex and setting up finance. No faults with the car so far and even when at one point I thought I did, they didn't hesitate to check it out for me (turned out to be nothing) and put my mind at ease.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, the reviews on here helped me make a decision when I looked to buy so only fair I left one too. I would recommend if you are considering to make the trip. Would definitely come back again - hopefully I won't need to any time soon as I love my new car and hope to have it for many years!

After a two hour drive down to Cardiff (Barry) it was a pleasure to meet such a genuine polite young man (Tristan). The vehicles that were for sale were all immaculately clean, freshly polished. The keys were in the vehicle I wanted to look at and he said carry on take as long as you need looking around the vehicle, Tristan wasn’t pushy like a vehicle dealership/used car salesman, Tristan was really jolly and so helpful. He said take it for a drive, take as long as you need and it was so nice to drive.
The bodywork was in prestige condition, the interior was immaculate.
When we came to do the paperwork it was done so swiftly online and the vehicle had a folder with service history, MOT and manual.
I’d definitely recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. I’ll definitely be going back again.

We booked a test drive in a car they had advertised. We were assured that it would be fuelled up and waiting.

Unlike the image implied on their website, when we arrived, the car was tightly hemmed in a small industrial unit.

The first thing I noticed was a sizeable dent in the rear wing. When I pointed that out, the reply was “well what do you expect for a car of that age?”

What I expect is clarity in the advertisement. When described as "beautifully preserved" "having clearly been cherished " and " in excellent condition " I do not expect such a glaringly obvious imperfection.

Considering they had taken 101 pictures of the car, that very noticeable defect was not in any of them.

We took the car out, and in less than 2 miles the low fuel warning light came on. No effort made to ensure it was fuelled up.

At that point, coupled with an annoying rattle within the cabin, I lost interest and returned.

A 4 hour round trip wasted.

Great service, and great used cars. Tristan is great. Very happy with my purchase

Purchased a Ford Kuga recently from Tim Heyward and really pleased I stumbled across these guys. Car was as described, it had a minor fault and was rectified without delay.
Both Tim & Tristan were great to deal with and would highly recommend to friends & family.
