Great car great deal. The deal was arranged efficiently. Tristan met me fairly on my prt exchange price and my new car is lovely. The car was delivered to my door as promised and I was given the opportunity to drive it before payment. Tim showed me the controls and was charming and patient. I'm delighted.

Tristan was friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable with looking at a new car. The car was an excellent example, really well selected with full service history. It really shows how much work is put into picking the highest quality vehicles. The facility to reserve a car with a refundable deposit has to be commended at the highest level. It gave me the time to come and visit and arrive without feeling really pressured and able to think clearly. Oscar accompanied me on the test drive and was brilliant at directing me, explaining how the features worked on the car. Great job guys keep doing it

What can I say, once again I have received excellent service from both Tim and Tristan. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Tim Hayward Car Sales this year. All aspects for both purchases from p/ex valuation to finance packages was made hassle free. Tristan went out of his way to secure the best deal to suit my requirements.As I have said previously their customer care and after sales is far superior to many Main Dealer's I have had the misfortune to purchase from in the past.

One of the best car dealerships i have ever dealt with, from the first initial contact by email to quick response by return telephone call.
when i turned up on a bank holiday without appointment the guys Tim and Tristan even remembered what car i was interested in without any prompts from myself. Tristan answered every question asked and answered correctly and honestly, what a shame all car dealerships would follow suit of these guys.

From the very first communication Tristan was very helpful and up front with all aspects of the sale. I had researched the trade in price for my car and was pleased that I was offered a price at the top end of the market. The car I purchased was very well prepared and presented. The necessary paperwork with DVLA was completed very efficiently and I was able to drive away in my new car within an hour of arrival. I highly recommend this company.

The experience of buying my car with them was perfect. Tristan gave me all attention and information I needed, handed over the car history so I could check some details, offered me a test drive so I could see how the car was driving, I left a deposit and we agreed to pay the rest during the following week. The car was delivered by a very nice gentlemen called Peter which I had a very enjoyable chat when he arrived at my house, car was clean and shining. Definitely would buy from them again.

Trustworthy and enjoyable to deal with. I had one minor issue with the vehicle after purchase (a windscreen wiper) and they delt with it straight away, at no charge. Very good service and I’m very pleased with the car, which was also very fairly priced. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

If you want the lowest price car don't buy here, but if you want the best value car, then do buy here. I recently bought a BMW 3 Series Tourer, and prior to delivery it was serviced, the MoT advisory was fixed, on request the front brake pads and discs were replaced, and a small area of the the upholstery was brought back to as new. So the cost of buying a second hand executive car is not just the forecourt price, but the risks of repairs bills in the next 12 months or more. Tristan was very attentive and responsive.
