I ordered a Burmese curly human hair wig and received something completely different — a short Afro. When I tried to return it, Tinashe Hair refused to provide a return label and refused to issue a refund.

Their solution? $15 off my next order. Why would I place another order after such a terrible first experience?

This company is the definition of “what you ordered vs. what you got.” Very disappointing and not worth the money. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I ordered the 10 and 12 inch Bob wig and I love how full it is !!!!!!!!. The middle part is clean and long - exactly how i like it. TINASHE HAIR IS THE BEST.

I am filing a complaint against Tinashe Hair (tinashehair.com) regarding a deceptive refund policy and a breach of consumer protection practices. I requested a refund for my order on 9/23/26 after returning their merchandise, but the company is actively refusing to process the refund unless I close my open PayPal dispute first.
According to PayPal’s official merchant guidelines, a seller is entirely capable of issuing a refund directly through an active dispute panel. Tinashe Hair is misinforming me by claiming they cannot refund me while the dispute is open. They are forcing me to forfeit my PayPal Buyer Protection, knowing that once a dispute is closed, it cannot be reopened.
I have email evidence of the company trying to coerce me into closing my dispute before they will release my funds.

They will lie and state that it will be too much for customer to return items to China and offer you $50 refund. Once I refused several times, they then sent a return address located in Walnut, Ca! After I returned items, now they’re saying they can’t issue the refund until I cancel my dispute when they can easily refund my money via PayPal!

My package arrived on time. Love how soft the hair feels and not much styling is needed. Will definitely be buying again.

My wig was a 10/10 I was too length the density was great. It was very thick. We will definitely be ordering again.
