I’ve been using their hair for years now , very good quality and great prices . Ensure it’s maintained and you will have your until for 1-2 years with proper care .

I love the hair it’s very bouncy n the destiny is amazing definitely ordering again

I am filing a complaint against Tinashe Hair (tinashehair.com) regarding a deceptive refund policy and a breach of consumer protection practices. I requested a refund for my order on 9/23/26 after returning their merchandise, but the company is actively refusing to process the refund unless I close my open PayPal dispute first.
According to PayPal’s official merchant guidelines, a seller is entirely capable of issuing a refund directly through an active dispute panel. Tinashe Hair is misinforming me by claiming they cannot refund me while the dispute is open. They are forcing me to forfeit my PayPal Buyer Protection, knowing that once a dispute is closed, it cannot be reopened.
I have email evidence of the company trying to coerce me into closing my dispute before they will release my funds.

They will lie and state that it will be too much for customer to return items to China and offer you $50 refund. Once I refused several times, they then sent a return address located in Walnut, Ca! After I returned items, now they’re saying they can’t issue the refund until I cancel my dispute when they can easily refund my money via PayPal!

My package arrived on time. Love how soft the hair feels and not much styling is needed. Will definitely be buying again.

Love the hair true to length!

My wig was a 10/10 I was too length the density was great. It was very thick. We will definitely be ordering again.

Hair was supper soft and easy to install…. Love it down

Hair is great minimal shedding. Quick delivery!

I am loving my hair. The texture is absolutely beautiful and no stress or hassle. I would definitely recommend to many.

Tinashe is the only hair company I order from, and for good reason! The service is consistently prompt, and the quality of the hair is exceptional. The hair is soft, full of body, has a beautiful natural shine, and I experience little to no shedding. What really sets Tinashe apart for me is how natural and close to raw the hair looks and feels, especially at such an affordable price point. It’s convenient, reliable, and the quality has never disappointed me. I recommend Tinashe to my friends and hairstylists all the time. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I love Tina she hair I have been ordering them for years!!! Always true quality and very fast shipping

This wig is absolutely amazing. I bought two wigs from this company hoping the hair quality, length and wig cap would all be good, and I’m really impressed.

I usually buy my wigs from another company, but I haven’t been happy with their hair recently, so I decided to try somewhere new. I tried on both wigs and they both fit my head really well, which is a big plus because I have quite a large head.

I bought the wig with the drawstring at the back, which meant I could adjust it so it fitted my head perfectly. The quality of the hair is really good too. At first the curls were very tight, but once I brushed them out, I could really see the full volume and shape of the wig and it looked absolutely amazing.

As soon as I tried it on, I knew I would be buying more, and I definitely will be.

The delivery was great too. It arrived within a week and I live in the UK, so I was really happy with how quickly it came.

I’m genuinely so pleased with my purchase and I’ll definitely be ordering more wigs from this company. Thank you!

I’ve been buying Tinashe hair for over 8 years and I’ve never been unhappy with any order that I’ve received. They are my go to hair company they’re affordable, the hair quality is great and I’m super excited to try the two new wigs I just bought!!!

Beautiful, seller was responsive and shipping was quick

Delivery was fast, no smell and wig was beautiful and looked as pictured. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the burgundy color and style. I LOVE it!
