Very good service and helpful

We had a wonderful experience with Tiny Feet. We are expecting our baby in Jan 2025, and after seeing and considering many strollers (brands) and places to buy things for our little baby, it was Shehzad who offered not only the most competitive and cost effective prices, but quality and a superb customer support. I highly recommend this store and talking to him as you will get his opinion and recommendations in any product he has to offer. Many thanks for everything! We can't wait to have our little baby and use the Egg Stroller 3 and tha car seat.

I had such a pleasant experience with Tiny Feet. I was not able to visit the physical store, as I am living outside the country but I called the shop, inquiring after some items. The store manager was so pleasant and took the time to confirm my purchase with photos, packaged everything together for pickup. My friend loved the gifts. I highly recommend. Very pleasant to work with and efficient. Items are high quality.

Amazing customer service and efficiency. Sourced the new egg3 pram bundle via TinyFeet earlier this year after an impressive encounter at the excel baby show and again yesterday in a last minute rush for a travel pram. Rang TinyFeet @ 4pm and the Joolz AER + was at my door by 8pm! Thanks so much

I recently had the pleasure of using Tiny Feet to purchase my baby's carseat. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I inquired up until I placed my order, the customer service team was very informative and helpful.

The delivery itself was remarkably speedy. They gave me a tracking number so I was able to get real time updates....I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package in Miami just a few days(less than a week) after it was shipped from the UK even with severe weather conditions.

I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future shipments!

Came upon this little gem after trying some large London department stores that had display models only, ans it turned out that Tiny Feet were able to help secure the product I was after without any problem or waiting.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly, up to date on all international shipping procedures and times, Shehzad was patient, had answers to all of my questions, had a good attitude, and was well versed about all the products, not to mention was fully up front about all costs for shipping abroad and followed up until the items shipped.
Shop floor is no frills, substance over style, and stocked with the most requested models. I needed a specific, popular car seat that the other stores would only be able to provide in about a week, but Tiny Feet delivered! Great experience and will go back for any baby stroller accessory or baby item I might need.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The owner has a profound knowledge on all products on sale. The level of information given is very useful and service is great. 10/10 recommend rather than shopping at huge chains with 0 knowledge on the different products even on sale.

We recently bought a travel system and a car seat that covers from newborn to 12yo.
The staff was helpful through the entire process: from investigating the best solution for our needs, to testing the products in store, to the delivery.
We had experiences in other places where employees were mindlessly showing us products. Everyone at Tiny Feet was enthusiastic of helping a growing family.
The products arrived new and undamaged and we are as satisfied as we can be. We will definitely come back for breast pumping solutions

Tiny Feet is a lovely family business shop with all you need for your new baby. The owners are extremely prepared and very patient and friendly, and they talked us through a lot of details about different carrycots, car seats etc…they have very high standard brands! They are always available and were very efficient in delivering the items. I definitely recommend to visit their shop if you are expecting!!
