Item never arrived. Said it had dispatched immediately then the tracking stalled. When I chased it they said it was on it's way. Then the tracking showed it had been returned to sender. No explanation, no attempt to contact me. I had to chase for a refund. Still no idea what happened but would avoid.

Like many of the recent reviews on here. The inaccessibility of customer services and their responsiveness is appalling especially at this time of year. I ordered Christmas gifts on 22-Nov-2025. To-date there is still no tracking/shipping info. No responses to several posted contact forms and emails. Similarly, the marketing suggests this is a UK-based thoughtful vendor, in fact I think I am likely to be very disappointed with the quality of the goods when/if they arrive. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible Customer service!!! Leads you to believe that they are based in the UK but the returns address is a German address and everything is shipped from China. The website gives the impression that this is an ethical UK based (as I googled UK and the Tiny Tumbles address is .uk) company that sells UK products or at least products that they have in stock, this is not the case.
I am still waiting for a parcel which according to Tiny Tumble (who have finally replied to my numerous queries) is in the UK with Yodel. According to the Tracking number I've been sent, it's still in China.

Do not order from this company, they are preying on customers ignorance. I have asked to cancel my order twice now as I feel I have been mislead but this has been ignored. I already know that Tiny Tumble will ask me to pay the return postage so I mean to refuse this parcel as it's the only way I'm less likely to be scammed and hopefully at least get some of my money back.

My grandma bought a toy for my kids in good faith of it being a “Montessori” and UK company, but terrible quality item that doesn’t even work. From other reviews it seems unlikely to get any money back and not worth the stress, just a lesson learned

Absolute cowboy of a company cheap Chinese rubbish that isn’t as described and isn’t fit for purpose and in fact a chocking hazard.
Purchased a Rainbow music tree for our granddaughter the ball falls of and is so small it’s a chocking hazard even for a 36 month old.
Asked for a refund the reply was to offer a 20% refund if we kept the item which would reduce the environmental impact of returning. ??.
Give me my money back you charlatans.

Very dodgy company. Post-order URLs they gave out to view the order and track the order - went into a black hole. Moreover, the links were flagged up as unreliable by the web browser. Asked where my order is after 2 weeks. They claimed the package is with Yodel and that ‘I NEED TO CALL THEM’. My reply, “That’s your job because no delivery has even been attempted!!!”. Don’t buy from this website.

Seen on Facebook ordered the groovy giraffe wish I'd of read reviews day 9 and not even in same country

I places an order 10 days ago tracking said says in transit. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. I don't hold out getting it and even more don't know what the quality will be. I'd recommend ordering elsewhere

Awful Montessori sound tree. Avoid avoid avoid!

Received a peek-a-boo Bear which was faulty and when reported to company they offered me a 15% discount I explained the product was faulty so you either collect and refund.
They came back to me offering a 50% refund.i explained the product is faulty so not worth receiving a discount??
They turned round and said I should send it to Germany at my own cost as per their return terms??? For a refund on toy only I need to pay the carriage???
It’s ridiculous and I suggest you don’t buy from this company as you will be stuck if the product is faulty

This website is misleading. It is not a UK brand as advertised — the toys are shipped from overseas and took over two weeks to arrive. Customer service was poor and unhelpful. The product itself is cheaply made and of very low quality. I urge you not to buy from this company — save your time and money.

My order confirmation from Tiny Tumble was for a set of "Montessori Colour-Match Dolls". I thought I'd ordered a product produced by Montessori a trusted, SAFE, high quality brand. They arrived today. No mention of Montessori on box but marked MADE IN CHINA therefore not subject to the expected safety regulations. Feel totally misled by their advertising. Although revisiting the website I see they sneakily refer to such items as "Montessori-inspired" or "based upon Montessori". I want to return the item & have requested a full refund but, having now seen the Trust Pilot reviews, I don't hold out much hope. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't buy, we received our small rainbow music tree today. It's really flimsy and only has 2 out of 10 balls. I couldn't find anywhere online about where they are based but the tracking showed it flew from "UK" to UK via customs... all the packaging says made in China too. Not worth the money at all.

Bought a peek a boo bear, sent cheap Chinese fake not the one in the video. Avoid this company, offered 20% refund. Took ages for cheap fake to arrive and 3 weeks to get a refund AVOID!!!!!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY….this peekaboo bear is very poorly made and I’m not sure what language it is speaking. Got told I have to pay for it to be returned even though I sent video evidence of it not working correctly, and still they continue to email offering a discount to keep it. I wouldn’t keep it if they gave me a full refund and said I could, it would go in the bin, but as this is supposed to be suitable for babies I’m going to trading standards. Don’t waste your money, stay away from Tiny Tumble

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. Sounded and looked good in the videos but the item was badly made and broken at the bottom when it finally arrived. I checked the returns policy and according to that contacted the company immediately to ask for instructions how to return it and receive a refund. After several days they emailed me and asked if I could send a photo if the damage. I did this and then after a few more days they emailed me with 2 options I could return the item and get a replacement or I could keep the item and they would refund 20%. I reminded them of their returns policy and asked for a full refund. I have not heard anything since. Very disappointing.

I bought the tiny tumble sound tree.
It looked good quality in the advert but it is very flimsy and cheaply made.
The leaves don't stay in the slots, they just fall out as soon as you touch them. It would fall to pieces as soon as a child tried to play with it. It was a complete waste of money. I have asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope.

AWFUL, JUST AWFUL… AVOID
Took 3 weeks to arrive, it’s all from China and the same items can be bought off Temu for a fraction of the price!

I bought the large Montessori music tree, magnetic ball board with the fire trucks on it, and a couple of other bits.

The tree and magnetic ball toy are very bad quality. The leaves of the tree need to be hammered into the slots, therefore damaging the leaves. And it’s poorly made.

I’ve wasted nearly £100 on this!

Edit: the tree broke within an hour of playing with it.
