Good communication. My online order needs to be amended due to stock limitations. A short phone call and alternative supplied. Delivered on time, wrapped in case of bad weather. Great service.

Delivered on time in schedule provided, although I missed the courtesy call and wasn't in, the driver placed the materials ordered safely and carefully and was there on my return.

I came away with my pre ordered item, after a slight delay. However due to the polite and friendly manner a young man dealt with my order efficiently.

Order was short some of the items where not what was ordered

Easy to use website and, as requested, the driver called me before the delivery. The materials were left tidily where I had requested.

Great service
Easy to order
Picked a date for delivery
Came nice and early, friendly delivery
Will be using again

I purchased 2 bags of self levelling compound. I used 1 , needed to return the other, not used. Phoned them up at 8am , asked could I return the left over bag? The lady on the phone replied yes with a ten percent handling charge. I live 7 miles away approximately, came to return the bag as soon as I walked in with the bag the man behind the desk told his colleague were not taking it back. The lady colleague says we can’t take it back, after highlighting the conversation over the telephone this morning, she just said I know and apologised. I left the premises. Been given the runaround. Poor service received.

I always use Tippers when doing jobs in the garden, great service provided whether it is for delivery or being collected.

Delivered on desired day, right into the garden with speed and to spec; no complaints.

The driver Joe from the Stoke branch of Tippers was excellent, very patient and tried his best to place the goods in a safe place. Joe was polite and the delivery turn round was impressive, only 1 day from the day I ordered

Very professional fantastic driver, I will be using you again.
