Good communication. My online order needs to be amended due to stock limitations. A short phone call and alternative supplied. Delivered on time, wrapped in case of bad weather. Great service.

Delivered on time in schedule provided, although I missed the courtesy call and wasn't in, the driver placed the materials ordered safely and carefully and was there on my return.
I came away with my pre ordered item, after a slight delay. However due to the polite and friendly manner a young man dealt with my order efficiently.

Great prices and service
This is my first time shopping at Tippers. I found their prices very competitive and their customer service was fantastic. I had missed an item from my order. I spoke to them and they were able to add it on with no hassle or extra delivery charge.
I will be a returning customer for certain.

AVOID Awful customer service
AVOID Awful customer service, no regard for customer timeframes. Monday AM delivery confirmed Saturday and Monday morning, arrives at 315pm, two workmen stood waiting to put away on site, total waste of my time and money. Rude men on phone, will not return.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your delivery arrived later than expected and appreciate how frustrating that must have been.
While we aim to provide either an AM or PM delivery slot, on this occasion we advised that we expected your order to be on our first delivery run. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen staff absence on the day, our delivery schedule was significantly disrupted, and your order was delivered at 3:15pm.
We understand your disappointment and apologise for the delay. However, we do ask that all interactions with our team remain respectful, as our staff were subjected to abusive behaviour while doing their best to manage an unexpected situation.
We value every customer, including our cash sale customers, and always strive to provide the best service possible, even when unforeseen circumstances arise.
Confusing collection
My joiner came to your company to collect the supplies I ordered and found it confusing, had to wait a while to collect goods ordered and then a purchase he made on my behalf.

Thank you John!
I visited the Lichfield store this morning to enquire about a Calor gas canister. Your team were incredibly helpful. I’d particularly like to acknowledge John who was fantastic. He was so knowledgable, a delight to speak to and clearly has a fantastic relationship with the calor gas team. Top service, thank you
