There is a problem with our app. After the app was successfully launched the former provider published a version of the app that states that the app has been cancelled. Tithe.ly worked with our team to resolve the issue. Not sure how to answer. Got a Tithley review request. I know this is because Tithely owns Breeze, which is our CHMS. I work at our church. But I don't really feel I know much about Tithely or have a connection to the organization other that they send me webinar invites to things that aren't feeling very relevant to my work and then asks me to give them a review. What I'd really like to see is Tithely keep Breeze working well, and affordably. [Review submitted by Shelly. Not sure how Sarah's name got attached.]

There are several places where lists and drop down lists are not in alphabetical order. It would be very helpful if they were or option to sort by different columns. Example: Under All People Groups and Households are alphabetical but All People is not. Nor is there way to sort by a column.
I am learning the rest.

Personal onboarding, unique connection with Wesley a tongue talker, and enjoyable welcome video speaking the name of Jesus.
Tithe.ly provides reliable web-hosting and an interface that is fairly easy to master. Online donation/giving is simple and trustworthy. Tithe.ly is not, however, the integrated suite customers think they are buying. Tithe.ly makes lots of promises about future improvements; "We working hard on this" is a common refrain. Longtime customers see little real improvement.

As the leader of a small nonprofit, we were eager to use a platform that we thought would give us a one stop for many different functions we currently use through separate platforms.
Going in, we did not understand how much time and work would go into trying to build the website and transfer data. After going through an incredibly difficult period and not accessing any of the tools in our subscription, we were denied a refund. Tithe.ly did respond to our review and provided support. They do not track individual use on their platform, so it is important, if you are overwhelmed and not able to implement the tools, don't wait to cancel or reach out for help. It is not standard procedure for Tithe.ly to provide refunds. Hopefully, Tithe.ly will make sure to provide this information to future customers. Make sure you have the bandwidth to use the tools, or start slow.

The service to my questions is unbelievable. The support line is quick and thorough leaving videos when necessary to actually show me how to conquer a challenge I'm having.
The Tithely program itself is very intuitive and a lot easier than learning the Word Press format that we had previously. Love it!

We have been using Tithely since 2020 (mostly) and find it very user friendly, until you have a question. Then it can be a bit frustrating when you only get to talk to a "BOT".
However, I have found that even when I have to leave a question, someone does respond within the 48 hours they say...usually within a couple.
We like having all our "tech" in one place/company, ie.: website, app, giving platform, events, people tracking, etc. We do still use Church 360 for our Membership management because we have liked them for quite some time...

I have thoroughly enjoyed getting into and used to the tithe.ly software. The one thing that I appreciate more than anything is their customer support. The team answers their emails really quickly and are very good at getting to the root of any problem that I have. Outstanding.

I had a major issue with my account and was told my church admin had to be involved. They were not able to help due to the fact that it involved credit card numbers being associated with my account that I didn't setup. Even though the site advertises M-F 5AM-6PM support, in the chat BOT it said I would here back via email in 2-3 business days.
For issues of importance like potential fraud, not having a phone number you can call and talk to a real person is a major disappointment and borders on irresponsibility.

For the most part, I do like Tithe.ly. There is one thing I would like to be able to do - click on a person's donation and print just that one donation. Right now, I'm having to take a screen shot and then print that.
Also, when I first log in and click on Transactions, I am able to see a long list of donations that were given. However, when I click on Deposits and then try to go back to Transactions, it won't pull up the list. It only shows those particular deposits of what I was just looking at in Deposits. The only way I've been able to view the full Transaction list again is to log out & log back in.

It is pretty easy to use, but I still go back to Tithe.ly 1.0 to export my file and save as an Excel spreadsheet for our deposits.

Our church only uses the basic donation function. It works well for people who are out of province who want to donate easily. The money goes directly into our account and I am notified of each donation. Couldn't be easier!
