Tithe is a great tool to use especially when we have special events to collect funds for. Example: back to school clothing, Christmas giving for families in need.
The only problem I had recently, my credit card expiration date expired. You should be able to pull up the card info and change the date to your new card.

It is easy to understand for the team and our members. My only hitch is when I would like to talk with someone on the phone instead of in the message area. At times I have a problem there.

Honestly, Tithe.ly has been a great addition to our church profile. Our online giving has increased, and the church app has helped us get announcements out to the congregation and also given us the opportunity to put sermon outlines up for anyone with the app.

In the normal course of business, Tithely works acceptably. However, if there is the slightest hiccup or adjustment required, it is utterly frustrating to resolve because they are exceedingly difficult to reach. This week I believe we have reached the finish line with them. Primarily because of the delay in reply to emails, phone number disconnected and 24 hours wait for an appointment booked online. I’ve never dealt with them but I’ve never seen my team more exasperated by any singular vendor. None. We will do due diligence on customer service for next provider. Buyer beware.

A great service for small churches. We got it integrated into our website and now have online giving without a huge monthly cost.

For us having an integrated system for database management, community communications, creating and hosting our website and app as well as manage our giving has been an essential part of growing in online mission. We'd recommend Tithe.ly all access to any ministry or mission team who are needing extra support in these areas and value quality.

Growing company with work to do, but overall good product With TONS of potential.

Tithely is a great way for parishioners to give money easily and anonymously. I like that I can give automatically on a monthly basis.

Tithe.ly is a giving tool our church started using right before Covid hit. We are grateful to have expanded to full access. (App, Media , CMS and Website)

Easy to use app that makes giving simple and even helps with reminders.

Tithely does a good job of providing service even at the lowest level of congregation use.

It’s more convenient for our members who use online banking & prefer not writing checks or handling cash.

I like everything about the company, I just haven’t been able to utilize any of it yet since the setup takes a few weeks it seems. Otherwise it seems promising.

I appreciate the Tithe.ly platform. Has a church plant it’s made it easy for us to focus on the people and not the giving!

Pretty much any application you need to effectively operate a church is there at a price that does not change or increase when the congregation increases.
The giving and website apps are amazing and simple to setup and use. service planning and volunteer apps are on par with other services. The real ticket is they bundle it all together where others don't.

Can be better in the user experience. Not very intuitive.
